Fjor I didn't even brave the scales this am!

Eating alot of veg today as White bread is not my friend!

About to complete second school run with dd2 on her bike Hmm had dd1 this am and had to walk back wheeling her bike which was a workout in itself Smile so that will be a 3.6 mile walk.

Also did cardio DVD as dd2 home all day

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 28/03/2011 21:27

Ooh can I draw a line under this weekend too Crispy?

CrispyTheCrisp · 28/03/2011 21:28

Right, that was a line drawn under the weekend of excesses. Back on the straight and narrow now Ladies

Excellent example set there MissLOTI, well done.

I have swum 1/2 mile and done 1hr pilates. My back is hurting a bit today - i think a result of carrying DD1 on my shoulders on Sunday. Run tomorrow, hopefully outside if the weather is nice Smile

CrispyTheCrisp · 28/03/2011 21:29

If you like BBBB - that was a line for everyone, you just crept in there Grin

FjorgynAndHotWater · 28/03/2011 21:44

Done 8.5 miles on my bike which is piss-poor, esp as have been to school in the car for both school runs Hmm but have been quite good with food so not a complete disaster. 256.5/300 which leaves 43.5 to be done in 3 days ,. Stll, managed 44 in 2 days at the end of Feb so is still doable...

luckoftheirish · 29/03/2011 11:21

Walk no2 completed, back and back of legs aching Hmm.. dd2 still has her smartbike so i push her along so a good arm workout as well.. more tiring than a gym workout Hmm

luckoftheirish · 29/03/2011 18:29

Had to endure another 1 mile bike push to the shops and took the dds swimming..officially pooped Smile

BibiBelle · 29/03/2011 19:28

Gym -tick

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 29/03/2011 20:40

I am here - eating okay but exercise non existent as I can't risk taking DD1 out for a walk incase the vomits everywhere - whilst I know she is not contagious and never has been not every parent will believe me. We tried to go to the woods but after 10 mins she was sick in a bush and I had to carry them both back! On a better note nursery have asked us to take her in for an hour tomorrow as they are having an Easter party and making hats. I will go too and stay. She is beyond excited!

BibiBelle · 29/03/2011 21:30

Oh BBBB poor P, much love darling and take care ALL of you

FjorgynAndHotWater · 29/03/2011 21:43

Poor DD bbbb Sad I hope they get to the bottom of it soon.

Well done everyone else on a busy day of exercise Smile I have done 2x school runs on foot today and 17 miles on my bike so 273.5/300 and two days to do 26.5 more. Where did March go????

CrispyTheCrisp · 29/03/2011 21:50

Oh, BBBB what a horrid situation for you and DD1 Sad. I really hope things turn a corner soon, it must be so upsetting and stressful. {{hugs}}

Well done on the exercise LOTI, Bibi and Fjorn. What is on the agenda for tomorrow girls?

I have circuits and then taking both girls swimming Smile

DH cooked dinner tonight and forgot about my low-carbing Hmm. So mucho potato has been consumed. I couldn't just leave it as it was all mixed in!

FjorgynAndHotWater · 30/03/2011 08:26

Am down 0.5 on Friday's weigh already ShockShockShock Think it may be because I didn't have anything to drink after 7.30pm last night, so will be doing that again on Thursday evening Grin

Here's to a healthy busy day for us all (esp for your DD bbbb) Smile

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 30/03/2011 12:47

Woo hoo Fjorn. I am much too chicken to go anywhere near my scales Grin

1hr circuits, DD2 swimming lesson and then took both DD's swimming for 1/2hr

Poached egg, tomatoes & mushroom for breakfast. Salmon, watercress, spinach & rocket salad for lunch with tomatoes & beetroot. Probably thai chicken & muchroom soup for dinner

luckoftheirish · 30/03/2011 15:14

Another mile slog with dd2 on her bike...hope i am doing enough but can definitely feel it in my legs/arms and out of breath by the end so i think thats good... Grin

BibiBelle · 30/03/2011 20:19

nothing managed today due to 12hr shift and about to put the oven on.

well done ladies Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 30/03/2011 21:29

Unfortunately biking cut short due to DD throwing up all over her bed, poor poppet. Only 6.5 so am 280/300 and need to do 20 tomorrow which is unlikely on a work day. Oh, and feeling a bit sick myself but hoping it's psychological...

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 30/03/2011 21:38

you can do 20 fjorn. you KNOW it. hope that was a one off for dd. we have dd1 up with suspected worms Confused. luckily i had one dose of medicine left, so off to the pharmacy tomorrow......
