Am making a decidedly non diet quiche, but is for DD, will try & tiny sliver but really trying very hard to be good, and have been positively angelic this week :o (apart from the brownie at toddlers yesterday & one hm cookie)

piste - I always think of the Vicar of Dibley saying "I'm going in!" re chocolate fountains!

blondes Shock 5lbs? It would have to be at christmas!

Not doing too well atm, changing my weigh in day to Monday. Went running yesterday, my race is only a week on Sunday. Fingers crossed, but I will at least manage to get round. No weight loss as it's had the effect of increasing my appetite!

I have a horrible suspicion that I will have sts tomorrw - despite being good all week (only one day slightly over and the rest all under the Foodfocus target of 1335 net caloriesHmm), having been sneaking on to the scales in between times :(

pretty when you're on next - was it you who did the varied calories thing? I remember about several threads back you (or someone) posted a website about it. I remember it was something like 1300 one day and 1700 the next, then 1200 or something like that.

At garage at the moment flashing my boobs to get a discount - had a blow out last night (tyre not food) and got 9holes in it Shock

garage said I was bloody lucky not to have rolled the car and had a serious accident!!!

There was a mistake in my weight last week: I was 13st 1lb after the extra pound that I had put on - so now I am 13st 2 pounds :(

Sorry about the 1lb Pretty, if I were to weigh in today it would be the same for me, I'm sure.

I've just had a sainsbury's finger roll with a quorn frankfurter and a small bowl of leftover brown vegetable rice with a little cheese, then a low fat activia yogurt. I suppose that's quite carby but would feel exhausted with all the running I'm doing if I didn't.

SO far today I have had a glass of freshly squeezed OJ, two cheese triangles, some grapes,and 2x2 (Lidl) jaffa cakes (becasue I was :( at my weight Hmm) and about 5 cups of tea/coffee (semi-skimmed milk, no sugar).

I'm going out shortly to have a "business coffee", so I'll be having a skinny cappuccino then - but will resist any cakes.

I did Day 22 of the Shred today as well. Not been so good about doing it this week 'cos ds has been at home.

You must be feeling quite fazed you probably don't remember around March the handbrake on my car didn't hold and it rolled down my drive and ended up in the road. All sorts of things went through my mind.

Pretty - its so annoying to gain when you have been as good as you have.

Gettin - I've gone through phases of not losing for weeks but at least by coming on here you're conscious of it, IYKWIM. If I don't come on here, its very easy to go properly off the rails and pretend not to notice.

Blondes - I'm interviewing a nanny on Tuesday. Where can I find out some info about what I should be asking her, telling her about us etc?

Have a good weekend everyone. I stocked up on 0pt veg in the supermarket today so whatever I eat this weekend will be accompanied by a LOT of that which should help keep me on track.

Blondes: I'd love to try to claim that the 2lb were muscle. I might have got away with it for one pound, but not two - espcially as I've only done the Shred twice this week. :(
