Hi Milk,

Tis mostly just Chippy & I rambling on.{grin]

Topics covered include scones, rasberry & toffy vodka & how much DS 3 has slept or not.

There, you're all caught up!Wink

Sgt - who is this Milk person?? Nice summary! Grin

Hi Milk Grin - I did also mention that perhaphs we should get it moved to another section - as it's become more of an Enablers Anonymous thread :)

Oh and I also asked if we could resist correcting our own (or anyone else's!!)spelling - we all know we can spell & tell the difference between to/too, there/their/they're and it's tedious - it's also killing Sgt

SgtAngua · 11/09/2010 01:33

Too many years spent in education Chippy, just can't help myself.Blush

SgtAngua · 11/09/2010 01:40

Enablers AnonymousGrin, love it!

A lot of time is spent talking about food isn't it - & not in a "thin" way.Blush

Guilty as charged!

Actually I've been much better this week (flapjacks & vodka aside).

ChippingIn · 11/09/2010 01:51

The more I think about 'eating better' the worse I do :(

I wish there were 'private rooms' in here. I hate that everyone can always read what we have written. There are things I would tell you guys, but don't want to have thrown back at me next time one of the 'nasties' feels like having a pop at me. We 'made it' on to the Discussions of the Day/Most Active the other night, simply because we were 'talking' late, I asked MNHQ if they would consider not doing that with threads in this section as they feel really personal, but I haven't heard back from them (yet).

SgtAngua · 11/09/2010 02:06

Feel like that myself, would like to open up a bit more but, as you say , it's all so public & you can't forget that.

I noticed us in most active & was a bitShock. Actually we're probably in danger of cropping up again as it's v late again.

SgtAngua · 11/09/2010 02:22

Shock Is that the time??

Off to bed.

We're away this weekend, back Sunday night, will check in then.

Nighty night.

ChippingIn · 11/09/2010 02:26

Night - have a lovely weekend :)

KickArseQueen · 11/09/2010 20:45

Hiya, been a bit crap with biscuits :( but I'm doing a 2 day babysteps fly so I'm doing housework like mad - hopefully the exercise will make up for it.

DS2 still waking at least twice a night,
sgt you're right - same mold!

Chippy, did you mention freebie sites similar to wlr??? If you know a good one can you link??

ChippingIn · 11/09/2010 22:44

Can you remember the thread we were on before you went on holiday when you gave me the link to 'your' site - there were several on there. I looked at a couple of them, but don't remember what they are called.

If you google 'free calorie counter' there are quite a few!!

KickArseQueen · 12/09/2010 00:04

PMSL!! You think I can remember what thread I was on before I went on holiday in August????? I can't remember what what threads I was on last night without checking my "i'm ons" Grin!

I'll go and have a rummage on google.

SgtAngua · 12/09/2010 23:27

Hi, anyone around?

Got back from Mums, put DS3 to bed & went out for dinner. It was an Indian themed bring & share but I hadn't had a chance to cook anything ao took a bottle of the raspberry vodka (they had been warned) which went down vv well.Grin

I should really draw a discreet veil over the weekends food intake.Blush (Thanks Mum)

Enough is enough! Have decided to keep a food diary to see if that will help keep me on the straight & narrow.

ChippingIn · 13/09/2010 23:55

Hi SGT - how did it go today??

MilkNoSugarPlease · 15/09/2010 22:13

Omg...I am utter shite at keeping up with this thread! Have barely been around...have been mning from my phone and cant get onto big/slim/whatever from it!!

How is everyone doing?!

My jeans are now all to big :) little steps but woohoo :o

OP posts:
SgtAngua · 15/09/2010 23:20

So that's what happened to you Milk.

Jeans too big is an excellent start, you've obviously been doing something right! Grin

I've not been on since Sunday myself, due to sleep deprivation I have been falling asleep V early & not MNing. DS3 is teething & has a cold so is sleeping even less than usual.Sad

My jeans are not too big cos I have no willpower, but I have given myself a good talking to & have started my food diary today.

ChippingIn · 16/09/2010 02:05

Milk what have you been doing for your jeans to be too big?? Do tell....

Sgt tell DS3 that Aunty Chip sends big HUGS... teething is miserable :(

Your absences have been noted :(

MilkNoSugarPlease · 16/09/2010 21:21

Evening all!

My jeans are looser today...because ive eaten naff all! am so hungry but cba to get anything!

Had one of those days today! My youngest charge is ill with some sort of vomiting bug...last 2 days its been tons of vomiting...one very very scary moment when i went in and she was choking on it...tons of baths for her...and me covered in sick...its all down my back and neck, in hair and on arms......THERES NO SODDING HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER!!

I've just been watching what im eating more, rather then eating a packet of crisps...ill eat a few...it seems to be working, my eating habits seem to be changing...slowly but surely!

how are we all? xx

OP posts:
ChippingIn · 16/09/2010 23:14

Poor you - poor little one :( It's miserable when they are so sick. No water for a hot shower though - that would finish me off!!

I'm about the same... which isn't good.

Have you got your internet sorted at home now?

SgtAngua · 16/09/2010 23:23

Hi. I've just got back from running my evening class, it was lovely to see everyone after such a long break.

Poor old you Milk, hope you have managed to have a shower by now. Sad for your youngest charge, it's horrible when they're so poorly, I hope she feels better soon.

Have passed your hugs along to DS3 Chip, they were much appreciated.Wink He suffers with every tooth & he's such a smiley little chap usually.Sad

DH has been in charge for the evening, it's the first time I've left the house in the evening with DS3 awake[ neurotic mother emoticon ]. It all seems to have gone well, despite the teething.Grin

ChippingIn · 16/09/2010 23:37

What do you teach? Not vodka making?? :)

Oh well, now you have done it once (left DS3 awake) there'll be no stopping you!

I'll make the dip if you bring the RV Grin

SgtAngua · 16/09/2010 23:47

LOL @ vodka making Chip! Pottery actually.Grin.

DH passed baby bedtime test with flying colours so dips & RV on standby.Wink

ChippingIn · 16/09/2010 23:56

SgtAngua · 17/09/2010 00:14
