Hi! Have had my thread deleted I hope.

I'm here, ready to start on the 7th! God I'm desperate to loose this weight, I dont feel like me. Mirrors & any shiney surfaces are not my friends, I hate seeing myself.

Your pretty close to me then. dont worry about it. A friend of mine recently lost 9 and she still has more to go.
Another lost 13 so i know it can be done.

Im 11.7st at the moment but only 5ft so idealy need to be about 8 stone - gulp!

In fact ds2 loves the cup of tea rides!!!

We will be able to walk into a high street shop and choose a fantastic dress one day,AND look fab in it :)

You will start to notice a difference after you loose 10lb, that's when clothes start to feel a bit looser, other people notice that something ( they're not sure what ) is different, you get the "you're looking well" comments.

That's my initial goal, 10lb.

Oh yes much easier to set little achievable goals, then when you get there (and we will get there!) you feel ace and it spurs you on to loose more.

I shall tell you all a secret, then once its out there i have to do this otherwise i will feel silly. I'm am loosing weight because DP and i want to start ttc for baby number 3 next year when DS2 is at school and i want to be in good health before we do.

eek! There its out in the world of cyberspace now! I haven't told anyone in 'Real life' yet.
