The more the merrier Pinkcaz.Smile

5lb is not a bad start. Thorpe Park is where we're going in the spring when we're all a bit thinner.

SgtAngua · 01/09/2010 00:04

Eek! Midnight, must go to bed, work in the morning!

DS3 still asleep, it's a minor miricle.Smile

SgtAngua · 01/09/2010 00:09

When I can't spell it really is time for bed!

ChippingIn · 01/09/2010 00:14

LOL as I said the other day, I see what people want there these days and don't see what they've written... it's just as well I don't do proof reading anymore I'd be pants after this much time on MN!!

Have fun at work tomorrow :)

SgtAngua · 01/09/2010 00:17

TitsalinaBumSquash · 01/09/2010 09:21

Sigh i am having one of those days today...

All over the Website and leaftels for DS2's new Playschool it says 'term starts 1st September' so off we go DS2 all psyced up about going to a new school.
When we get ther we find it doesn't open until Monday.
I am not happy, DS is not happy... [abgry]
It doesn't fill me with confidenc about the new Nursery if they can;t even get thier dates right.

Anyway, i have had a very strong Coffee wth Skimmed Milk today and that is all i have a very bad earache, the insode of my ear appears to have swollen up so i can't hear in that side... Co-Codamol isn't killing the Pain, my ds1 is driving me nuts and i want to cry. Sad

ChippingIn · 01/09/2010 09:51

What? How odd?!! Poor little lad :(

You need to eat something - have you any bananas? Porridge? Something slow release with calming properties??

I'm waiting for the shop to open then I'm going to make some porridge (I can't stand it without milk).

Have you made a DRs appointment?

When is DS1 back at school??

TitsalinaBumSquash · 01/09/2010 15:04

Thanks i feel a bit calmer now. Blush

Both boys go back on Monday and i have rearranged week to fit in with having both boys now. Its just not filling me with confidence over this new Nursery hopefully it a glitch and all will be fine.

I have a Pork and Cider Stew bubbling away on the stove so i am definitely feeling a lot better.

My earache is due to Wisdom teeth, i loath my Dentists so I'm trying to find another but trying to find an NHS dentist around my way is near on impossible!

How is everyone doing this sunny day? Smile

northernmonkey · 01/09/2010 15:38

Hello all. Sorry for being quiet so far but i'm here now.
Milk dont worry about the first day being crap so was mine :(
Dh came home with an amazing almond croissant which is a huge weakness of mine :(
Although not tons i just felt i over ate.
And today....well after a hellish morning with bil girlfriend..I've had another shittish day. The kids gave me some of their chewits so not good.
And to top it off ds2 is throwing up, Arrrgghh what a day.

Titsalina your status update on fb made me very Envy Can i come for dinner, i only live half an hour away Grin
Only downside is my stomach feels dodgy now so i hope i'm not getting what ds has, we've got a wedding on saturday to go to :(

northernmonkey · 01/09/2010 15:40

I weighed myself yesterday and it is depressing but I know I can do it (again) just really need a kick up the bum to keep me on track .

Pinkcaz · 01/09/2010 19:25

Hi Guys...Ahhh IC lol Doh @Thorpe Park ...must have been the late night thinking making me so dense hehe :)

Well Lost another 1lb when weighed myself today but think thats because I was running round like an idiot so much yesterday I left it somewhere hehe :-)

Just made myself feel very sick with 2...yes 2 (bad bad caz!!) Weight Watchers deserts so going to lie in bed and lock the fridge so I cannot consume anything else hehe

Hop ur all having better days than me hehe x

TitsalinaBumSquash · 01/09/2010 21:30

My Stew was yum! (So was the 2 glasses of Wine with it!) i have frozen the rest though so im not tempted (Stew not wine, thats all gone!)

ChippingIn · 01/09/2010 21:51

Hi all

Northern waffling is good :)

I think milk must be working tonight - or gasp - be out - having fun....

Caz - are you doing WW or did you just buy some of their desserts?

TBS what wine did you have? I've not had any today, still have a dodgy tummy :(

Pinkcaz · 01/09/2010 22:08

mmmm love stew!!! yum!!! very jealous!!

I started WW a couple of weeks ago with my mum... has anyone had success with it b4??xxx

TitsalinaBumSquash · 01/09/2010 22:15

I always have a White Zinfandel its yummy. I only ever have a glass or 2 and its not to bad calorie wise.

I had a great success with Slimming World a few years ago, i lost 2 stone (only put 1 back on) i think the can be useful as they are so structured and you get the group support.
I however have past food demon's so anything like that puts me in danger of revisiting them. Sad I just cannot go there again. I find myself getting obsessed with food and what I'm eating and it is a danger sign for me personally. I have never done WW.

My GP says that's why i find it hard to lose weight now, because i was so underweight before my body doesn't trust me to keep feeding it sensibly so its clings onto fat like there is no tomorrow.

MilkNoSugarPlease · 01/09/2010 22:16

Milks here...almost asleep! But here!

Just got in from work...today wasn't TERRIBLE but not great either!

Ate popcorn at the cinema...but the calories I wasted crying at Marmaduke, even it out :o

Ate charges birthday cake...well not the whole thing! just a slice :o

Then fruit and peanut butter on brown toast

and tuna pasta

I'm just grabbing something to eat whenever I can!
I need to sit down and eat!

That stew sounds soo good!

How are we all?
