I have found that writing down what I eat each day helps me to lose weight.
I want to lose 10kg.
I am going to aim to eat three meals a day with no snacks or grazing - usually this means that I will lose weight.
I might try to do one or two pure protein days a week dukan style.
I also have to gently increase my activity levels.
If anyone wants to join me or has any advice you are welcome/much appreciated.
Today I had
-whole grain rice puffs, raisins, oats and milk, grapefruit, bananan
-smoked mackerel sandwich and a lot of camembert.
Not a great day. Tomorrow I plan to have
- porridge with water
- pulse type of soup and brown rice
- brown rice and fish with cauliflower
