What did you eat today?

I have found that writing down what I eat each day helps me to lose weight.

I want to lose 10kg.

I am going to aim to eat three meals a day with no snacks or grazing - usually this means that I will lose weight.

I might try to do one or two pure protein days a week dukan style.

I also have to gently increase my activity levels.

If anyone wants to join me or has any advice you are welcome/much appreciated.

Today I had

-whole grain rice puffs, raisins, oats and milk, grapefruit, bananan

  • fish and rice
-smoked mackerel sandwich and a lot of camembert.

Not a great day. Tomorrow I plan to have

  • porridge with water
  • pulse type of soup and brown rice
  • brown rice and fish with cauliflower

You poor love - I am so sorry to hear your news.
Take great care of yourself woathere.
There is a charity called Winstons Wish (I think) and they specialise in helping children who are bereaved by suicide.

Please keep posting on here.

Today I have had
soya and protein shake with oatbran

lots of water

Lunch will be pork steak and mustard and supper not sure about yet.

Breakfast has been a bowl of bran flakes, sultanas & 1% milk (and this is truly what I wanted! weird!)

snack - small packet of french fries (crisps, ate very slowly but did finish the packet)

Lunch - quarter punder cheeseburger with fried onions (left a small piece of roll, but ate conciously)

Am still sticking to his rules 100% and I actually feel much slimmer already! This is the easiest eating plan I have ever tried :)

Have had 1 oatcake and a small handfull of chips this afternoon. We are having a late dinner tonight, about 8ish, so needed soemthing to tide me over til then.

  • ham omelette
  • tub of quark
  • large pork steak
  • lots of water
  • diet coke

Snack at work - Banana and cranberry cereal bar,

L - Subway, footlong "Sub-melt" with salad.

T - Small portion of spaghetti bolognaise.

Hi dott, Im ok, they have found him now, we are all very sad, i have just told the children he had an accident.

Diet wise: Yesterday - bacon and poached eggs for breakfast
Tuna and grated cucumber and grated celery for lunch
prawns and chopped tomatoes for dinner, a sugar free jelly
cashew nuts
a bottle of wine
2 cigarettes (despite the fact i gave up 4 years ago!) They were horrible though.

You ate a lot of pork today! Arent you starving?!

I had scrambled egg for brekkie
forgot to have lunch
had curry made out of chicken breast, brocolli, mushrooms, onions and o% fat yoghurt and spices.

Just ate some tomatoes and a small wedge of lighter cheese

I dont think Ive eaten enough today really but my appetite was a bit wonky, had to force my tea down. Went on an hours walk though and im starving now!

How are the weight losses going? I will weigh on Monday and see whats happening.

Mean to add I have gone from a 38 measurement for bras to a 34! That bit of me under my boobs seems to be really slimming, but my belly is still fat and doesnt seem to be doing anything at all, my face looks slimmer though. Hell do I want some chocolate though!

Me too, food porn warning I want:
Wine
cigarettes tonight, started to write a list of food and nothing really springs to mind. It must be the Kg of pork shoulder that is sitting in my guts that has killed my cravings.
Worried about constipation, taking pysillium and oatbran but feeling at a standstill.

Congrats re the weight loss.

Yesterday was good, though I think I may have over eaten at teatime as I felt fuller than "full".

B - bran flakes & sultanans, 1% milk

L - tuna salad wrap

Snacks during afternoon - 2 oatcakes (eaten at different times)

D - meatballs & linguine, 2 bites of garlic bread (have found out that eating concioulsy, that I dont liek garlic bread all that much now LOL)

Yesterday I ate -

1 slice wholemeal toast & 1 poached egg (left crusts)

1 bacon roll (left 1/3 of the roll)

Egg fried rice, chicken satay & breaded mushrooms & cucumber dip (all home made)

Snacks were - 1 slices Burgen soya & linsees bread, packet of walkers baked crisps (eaten when truly hungry)

I again followed PMcK's rules, though I did find myself speeding up a little whiel eating again. My aim for today is to slow back down.

L - Jacket Potato with tuna and bowl of watermelon

D - Sausages and cous-cous

May have a packet of WW crisps too as have been very good at the gym (went this afternoon and yesterday afternoon)

B - 2 slices linseed & soya bread & peanut butter

L - Small bowl oven chips & pink sauce

D - Sausages in BBQ sauce, mash, corn on the cob

Snack - packet Walkers baked crisps

Still managing to keep to P McK's rules :)

I'm not following a plan, am logging everything into FoodFocus and just being sensible. Have cut out sugar in coffee as I was having far too much and also bread except at the weekend as I would easily consume a loaf a week just on snacks Blush and have stopped eating what the DC leave on their plate! Have also gone from sitting on my bun all day to working full time and going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I've got a LOT of weight to lose so wanted something I could stick to long term.

very stressed at the moment as trying to sell house and it is on verge of collapse, want wine and comfort food.
