Well done @loveev!

Thank you only another 42lb to go. 😱
i am determined though . I’m 2lb away from losing 2 stone .
I started my diet on the 31st May and managed to lose a lot by myself . So hoping wegovy will help a bit .

Im also , fasting and doing the couch to 5k. Iv completely changed my eating habits and I feel better for it .

MancMama45 · 25/08/2026 11:13

@loveev that's awesome well done.

Day 19 for me and 13lbs down, I'm so pleased! I can definitely feel hunger coming back in so am ready for 4mg on 1st Sept.

Anyone eaten anything interesting this week lol I get really bored with the same meals all the time chicken/fish and salad/veg.

It will be my 6 weeks on Saturday and have lost 1 stone (as off today). Just one more stone to go and so delighted with the progress. Been on 4mg for 10 days now and really feel the difference as getting full very quickly.

I’ve finished week 2 at the same weight as I was at the end of week 1, which is a bit disappointing! During the week I had a sneak peak at the scales and I’d actually put on weight.

I think the lack of exercise (because of my broken ribs) isn’t helping as I’m usually good at keeping active. Sitting around more just causes me to lose willpower.

I’m trying to decide whether to keep going next month. I’m overweight but not obese. For my (lack of) loss so far it seems too expensive to be worth it for me. But maybe the cumulative affect will start working soon?

I am also disappointed. I've just gone up to 4mg and only lost 3lbs in 1st month. My appetite has been suppressed, I've really cut down on calories and also doing couch to 5k. Hoping second month will see some improvement.

Hello, I'm hopping on to join! 👋

Im on day 15 of Wegovy 1.5mg tablet. I've lost 7lb so far so I'm really pleased! Did have some nausea and fatigue when I first started but this has passed. During those days I was taking cyclizine which I'd bought online which helped with the nausea. Have had some headaches too but I think that's from not drinking enough water.

I obviously can't see any physical difference in my body yet but looking forward to seeing how things progress. I'm going to start on the treadmill next week (a walking plan) and start using some weights.

I've decided to remain on 1.5mg for my next month and then I'll look to increase to 4mg. I'm worried about the nausea and fatigue possibly coming back.

If anyone is interested I do have a discount code for Bolt to get £60 off, let me know.

I am on my 1st week of 4mg and 5 days in sat down to eat poached egg on toast for breakfast and half way through couldn’t eat any more, so definitely feeling the effects again. Lost 8lbs in the first month which I am happy with.
After reading the advice about leaving a longer than 30 minutes gap before eating I am now waiting an hour after taking the tablet.

MancMama45 · 27/08/2026 13:09

I've lost a stone now in 3 weeks which I'm over the moon with! Interested to see how 4mg is for me.

For those it's not working as well for, have you spoken to your provider and have they given any advice? Sorry it's not going as hoped, maybe the cumulative effect can take longer sometimes?

MancMama45 · 27/08/2026 13:10

I'll caveat that with I do have a lot to lose!!

socks1107 · 27/08/2026 13:18

I’ve completed a month and lost 2.5lbs. I had lost more but for no reason I can see with food diaries I have gained.
1400 calories and massive amounts of exercise plus the expense of the tablets is really getting me down now.
has anyone tried 3mg so two tablets? I have a holiday so can play with a weeks worth and take a double dose for a while

WiseMoose · 27/08/2026 18:38

I need to decide whether to increase or stay on my 1.5mg.

I've seen an offer on Med Express which is cheaper than renewing on Zava - it works out at £69 for the 4mg, or £49 to stay on 1.5mg

I lost quite a bit in the first week or so - which was definitely water weight - and I'd been ill so didn't eat much at all. Currently sitting at the weight which I always seem to gravitate to - which is more than I'd like especially given how much effort and money i'm throwing at this.

🙄

Started mine 10 days. I was 114kg and now weigh 109.4.

I’ve been absolutely fine taking them, no side effects and it has definitely calmed the food noise. I still feel hungry but it’s controllable, and I don’t eat half as much as I used to.
i was worried about side effects as I have a weak stomach and it doesn’t take much to start me off, but so far so good
only thing I noted is I need to drink a LOT more water x

How are you getting on now? 😊

Good - about 1.5weeks left of 4mg and I am now down to 106kg. Really pleased with the results

hope you’re doing ok? X

JLR841 · 27/08/2026 22:52

That's great, well done! I'm planning to take my first pill tomorrow. They arrived at the start of the week but I've been a bit too anxious to take the plunge. I had severe nausea with my pregnancies and I hate the thought of enduring that feeling again 🫣 However, I have lost 2 stone through fasting but been plateaued for a year now due to binging on choccy & the like each evening. So I have another 3 stone to shift, could afford to lose 4 if I'm feeling fancy. Have th face that I need some help and to try it out!

blizymitzy · 30/08/2026 15:45

I’ve finished my first 14 days and have lost 5 pounds
no real side effects apart from some constipation and had food noise suppression from day 1 .
I am really pleased .
sw 11st 11lb
cw 11st 6lb.
gw 10st 9 lb
