Back to work this week and I have struggled to fit in as much physical activity as I was when I was away. I've also been incredibly busy, so only been to the gym once, but I will be going today and tomorrow to make up for it.
To those who have stalled a little, please don't lose heart - think of how far you have come and how amazing you feel right now. I am in awe of all of you guys 💕

I am still losing weight (1.5lb this week), so I have not got this maintenance lark right. I feel like I have sensibly upped my food intake and lowered the MJ dose (as well as increase the number of days between doses) and I do not feel hungry. Despite this, the weight is still dropping off and DH gently said this morning that I need to "stop now" - I know I do, and I am trying to!
I am a size 8 which was unthinkable when I started this journey and I was a size 18-20. If you told me then that, not even a year later, I would be worried about still losing weight and actively trying not to, I'd have burst out laughing. As well as the cost of the MJ, I have had to replace my wardrobe a few times now - this journey has not been cheap! I echo @ShrankLastWinter's comments - at the top of healthy BMI I was a size 12, and since going from 24.9 to 21.5 I have dropped to a size 8, so you may find you are replacing your clothes more than once even when you are in the healthy BMI range.
Not sure where to go from here as I feel I have made sensible choices so far; I could start eating crap, but that would destroy all the hard work I have put in and I really do not want to do that. I guess I will continue tapering down and trying to further increase my food intake until the scales decide I have got it right, hopefully without losing more weight.
