Impressive @PipkinOfPepper . Congratulations!!! Thank-you for sharing with us. It's always lovely to hear success stories. Welldone, you.

Hello @PipkinOfPepper - it’s absolutely great to get from 22 size to 16! Congratulations! It’s like entering a new world of clothes and a new era. Well done you!

Thank you - that is really how it feels, though I’m still in shock (and so keep trying on / ordering clothes that are too big because I can’t quite believe it). I’ve had to replace my whole wardrobe which has been surprisingly fun.

PipkinOfPepper · 23/09/2026 07:29

Thanks everyone! Will go back to lurking now but will be cheering you all on quietly from the sidelines, it’s so inspiring and motivating watching your journeys 😊

Weigh in! After the slightly disappointing 0.1kg loss last weigh in, I have lost 0.8kg this week. Woo hoo!

Less than 1kg to lose before I hit my first target of 100kg, send me loser vibes for the week to come 😀😀

NSV - had a posh night out with DH this week and my Nice Clothes were a bit loose 🙂

MoneyJo · 27/09/2026 08:23

That's great @HelenDenver

Has anyone ordered from Medicine Marketplace lately? I did last month before their price drop. It was amazing - I placed the order about 6pm one day and it arrived in the post the next day. This time I placed the order on Tuesday and have had no communication. For the last two days it has said "Processing" but no response when I've filled in the communication form twice.

ETA - the money left my account on Thursday.

GiveMeWordGames · 27/09/2026 08:54

Catching up on the good news - well done to @PipkinOfPepper and @SecondCircuit ! And hurrah for your whoosh @HelenDenver and I'm sending 'below 100kg' vibes your way.

@MoneyJo that's interesting about MMP because I thought their new prices related to partnering with LillyDirect and if there's a hold up with despatch that would imply that Lilly aren't keeping up with orders very well! I'm now veering towards SwiftDr based on everyone's recs here.

I've just found a bargainous pair of Levis 725 high waisted bootcuts on Vinted and taken the plunge. I haven't worn Levis since my 20s!! And these are 32/32 so it will be a big NSV if they fit perfectly but I'm bolstered by my recent experience with the M&S tailored 32" waist trousers.

HelenDenver · 27/09/2026 09:08

Good luck for the jeans @GiveMeWordGames hope that they fit and bring joy!

Cheesecake53 · 27/09/2026 09:32

@HelenDenver that's brilliant! I am close to 100kg too. On Wednesday I was at 100kg, but alas that is not my weigh in day (the scale even showed me 99.9 for a milli second). Today - the official day - it was 103 kg, but that is 1kg off this week. I went back to 2.5 on Friday and everything is much calmer; 3.5 was too much for me.

HelenDenver · 27/09/2026 09:35

@Cheesecake53 yay for us both being nearly at the Number 😀

Sorry you had a tough time
on a higher dose but glad you have settled back now.

Cheesecake53 · 27/09/2026 09:35

@MoneyJo I ordered about three weeks ago and had no communications as well, but the order came about a week after I ordered. Hopefully you will get yours by Tuesday!

Thank you. Interesting that it is taking so long now when my first order with them last month came next day. Everywhere else I've ordered from has sent update emails.

SmallTreeDeepRoots · 27/09/2026 11:44

@MoneyJo I have no experience of marketplace, but I expect they had an influx of new customers when they announced the price drop and are dealing with more customers than expected. Fingers crossed you have your delivery or at least an update soon.

MoneyJo · 27/09/2026 12:09

Thanks @SmallTreeDeepRoots I'll see what happens tomorrow.

BraOffPjsOn · 27/09/2026 13:04

Weigh in day today!
after a couple of weeks with no loss and really constipated, I have lost 2kg

SW: 113kg
CW: 103kg

So 10kg down.
Still a long way to go but at least the scales are moving again!

HelenDenver · 27/09/2026 13:46

Well done @BraOffPjsOn another “loser” with the 100kg line in sight ❤️

Thank you!
after the couple of weeks plateauing, I feel a bit flat and defeated (even with this loss), I also saw a photo of myself back before the jabs looking awful and I feel like I don’t look any different yet.
Scared to take another photo incase I’m right!

A long way to go but you’re all so brilliant at noticing all the little wins so it’s helping read in all your positivity with my moping!

HelenDenver · 27/09/2026 14:12

I don’t thinK I look different yet in pictures or in the mirror, but sometimes I’ll catch something that does look smaller.

For example, looking down at my legs in stripy leggings at the gym… the stripes still curve over what’s underneath 🙂 but I can tell the curve is less, if that makes sense?

Hatty65 · 27/09/2026 16:01

Congratulations to everybody!

I've just done my first month and week 3 I lost 0lb which was annoying, but last week I'd lost 3lb so hooray!

Am now 16 stone 12lb (started at 17st 8lb I think) after 4 weeks so down to 16 rather than 17 as a number! V exciting.

10lb first month is good, and I'm very pleased. Will keep plodding on.

GiveMeWordGames · 27/09/2026 16:20

@Hatty65 the first time you drop into a new stone bracket is a great early boost, I remember that! You've had an excellent first month. 💪

@BraOffPjsOn 10kg will definitely have made a difference somewhere! I think the first thing I noticed within the initial 1- 2 stone was clothes that had - if I was honest with myself - started to get a bit tight in the months leading up to starting MJ were fitting comfortably again. Jeans in particular.

Cheesecake53 · 27/09/2026 18:00

@BraOffPjsOn I am exactly 103kg today too! Maybe double digits for us and @HelenDenver next week(s)! Onwards and downwards!

Well I put my flatbed sandals on yesterday after not wearing them for a few weeks and I had to tighten all the straps - so it would appear I’ve lost 10k from my feet!! 😭

MooBaggage · 28/09/2026 07:52

Just catching up and it's brilliant reading all the losses and NSVs!

No loss for me this week, but 3lbs off so far in September so I'm happy with that as that's been my average monthly loss for the past 6 months - and having only lost 1lb in August, I'm glad things are on the move again!

I'm off out in a minute for a walk - I committed to walking 2 miles a day in September, and am more or less on track - didn't do it yesterday, so am planning a 4 mile walk this morning 💪💪💪

The walking has definitely helped the weight loss to shift again, and my legs feel really different!

NSV for me - I'm going on holiday ln Wednesday (ahem - surely not another holiday?! 🤦‍♀️😬) and tried on all my summer clothes - some that were too small in June now fit, so are coming with me!

The holiday's only a week, but is a cruise, so food and drink a plenty - I'm predicting coming back a few lbs heavier, but will get rid of it the week I'm back! 💪💪💪

Foot weight loss is one of the weirdest things about the whole journey. I never really thought of feet as things that could lose weight, but they really can!

Have a lovely holiday @MooBaggage ! Hurrah for your September loss and newly fitting clothes. 👏

Twizzletoe · 28/09/2026 08:54

Been reading along for a couple of weeks. Very good motivation/inspiration. Really interested to hear the effects when people are experiencing stressful life events. Such as sudden bereavement and teens emotions.

I have always been an emotional eater, aware I eat because I fancy it not because I’m hungry as well. Is that food noise? Really looking forward to see what happens.

Finally plucked up the courage and did my first 2.5mg dose last night.

NewbieMJ · 28/09/2026 09:41

@PipkinOfPepper - Well done! That is fantastic!

Have a great holiday @MooBaggage I have returned from a long holiday and scales have gone up, but admit to enjoying a bit too much cake on my last week😂

I am 8 pounds off target now (was just 3 pounds off), so realistically, I am going to give myself to the end of this year to get to target of 8 stone off and anything else is a bonus!

It was amazing being on holiday, wearing my size 14's and feeling fit and energetic. Never out of breath, walking everywhere and not keeling over in the ridiculous heat (I would not have coped at my heaviest in the heat). I never ever want to lose this feeling.

Onwards we all go. For those of you who are just starting off, you WILL get there! I am slower than most but 2 years in, I feel completely different and am the healthiest I have ever felt, aged 55. Gone from a size 22 to a 14 and am 104 pounds down.

Here's to a great week for us all.
