O gosh, this thread is moving so fast, I’’m still catching up with all posts.
Yesterday marked a year on MJ for me and I think I have reached my goal although it kept changing a bit overtime.
SW - 15st 12lb
CW - 10st 1lb
BMI - 23.7.
I was on 2.5mg for 6 months, then in 5mg and relatively recently increased to 7.5mg as was not losing.
I am very pleased though according to my initial hopes and calculations I should have arrived at 65kg in June/July not in September!😅
I’m probably not really losing any more now though not sure as new bathroom scales temperamental.
A few musings:
Those initial losses brought most joy, especially before last year’s Christmas season.
Losing is uneven so annoying as it is don’t worry if there are times when nothing happens for 2 weeks.
I hugely admire all of you who have fallen in love with exercising and do it regularly. From memory - @MooBaggage cycling, walks, walking pad, swimming, @RobinEllacotStrike intense yoga @GiveMeWordGames walking, running, weights etc.
There must be an inner coach potato within me as I still hate exercising. I only committed myself to weights and am glad that it still doesn’t bore me to death.
I would like to go for a final push to reach neat 60kg but recently had awful hunger pangs (like preMJ; it took me by surprise) and sadly gave in a few times to them.
I need to plan titration, not sure how to approach it yet.
@RobinEllacotStrike - I was thinking of you and your struggles with your DD. Not much help as all has already been said and you have the same approach of strady calmness. From experience - it will pass. 15-17 is probably most challenging with girls, it gets better later. ♥️
Congratulations to all of you ladies, whatever stage you are on - it’s worth it.
Most surprising aspect for me - I can fit into my slim DD’s clothes as my arms and even boobs got much smaller. Never in a milion years! 😳🦋
No really wrinkly skin, maybe only on my stomach a bit. Leaner fingers - rings too loose.
Keep on believing and keep on losing ladies!🥰
