Week 68, 10mg

SW 19st 4lbs (Jan 2025, pre-MJ)
SW on MJ 18st 11.5lbs (1 Mar 2025)
CW 11st 9.75lbs

Total loss 106.25lbs/7st 8.25lb

i seem to be in a little trend of good losses between Saturday and Sunday mornings. So I’ve lost either 1.75lbs or 3lbs this week depending on when I count from!

Either way, I am so close to ‘normal’ it’s unreal.

Wow wow wow, Take That were bloody amazing. For anyone yet to go, you are in for one hell of a treat 💕

Added bonus, I've done 20,000 steps, 9.32 miles. I hope it shows on the scales this week

I was there in Manchester last night too! I’m sure you were dancing away like me all night and thanking this journey for giving you the confidence, physical strength and energy to go! What a night!!

@TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne I hope you’re moved, that it’s more peaceful and that you recover well.

@PearlsTeapot absolutely fantastic news!

PearlsTeapot · 21/06/2026 21:09

Is there a cheaper alternative to Shotsy? My premium has run out and it’s £30 for another year. Just wondering if it’s worth it- I do like the graphs showing how much is in me.

I use Shotsy but I’ve never paid, I just use the free version 🤷‍♀️. It doesn’t give me a graph showing the current MJ level but on the calendar page it shows you the level for that day (and past days etc). I’ve never thought it was missing much that I would want, it has the number of bananas, what else would anyone need other than banana weight conversion?! 😆

MoneyJo · 21/06/2026 21:51

That's interesting @Fffreeeeezing I pay for Shotsy so get the graph but on the calendar I can't see the level for the day!

SilenceInside · 21/06/2026 21:55

I think the free version of Dose Diary does the medication level @PearlsTeapot

There is a new app called "needled". I use the free version of that. It has more than the free version of shotsy, but you pay for the graph things I think. Not sure how much that is for a year. But it may be worth looking at.
So good that you are going home next week. I am so pleased for you.

I hope you have been moved now @TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne

MoneyJo · 21/06/2026 22:08

Mine is different @Fffreeeeezing maybe because I'm on android?

Is this the sort of graph you are looking for? If so I get this free on needled.
Ignore the dip.... I forgot to log one. 🤦🏻

If you want the pro version it's £26.49 a year.

How do you look at the dates to see the levels on the free version please. ?

thanks. 🙏

wendywoopywoo222 · 21/06/2026 22:20

sorry just seen you said it was on the calendar. That’s really useful to know as I don’t take injections weekly anymore and can see how low my levels drop before I panic and think I’m going to wake up 22 stone tomorrow if I don’t take one.

MoneyJo · 21/06/2026 22:28

This is my shotsy graph. Actually it also says the level top right of the page but I don't know if it would on the free version.

TragicMuse · 22/06/2026 07:29

I’m going for another week of not weighing daily. It already feels like it might suit me better…

Billybingbong · 22/06/2026 07:57

I use the free version, the est.levels are in the top right on the summary page.

Billybingbong · 22/06/2026 10:43

Wonderful news @TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne . Back home to your puss cats and home comforts, the best medicine you could ask for 💕

EverybodysALebowski · 22/06/2026 11:28

I use free version of Dose Diary for Android. It's great, and it does show the estimated level in your system, 7 day, 30 day, 90 day, and 180 day view.

MCR24 · 22/06/2026 12:34

@PearlsTeapot and @TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne good news about you both being able to leave hospital!

I have put on over a kg overnight, I think it must be hormones and the heat. It can't be a real gain surely!

I was going to post a picture of myself from the weekend coz I'm wearing shorts but I think I need to crop it a bit for anonymity!

Springflowers2 · 22/06/2026 12:35

Wonderful news @TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne

Springflowers2 · 22/06/2026 12:38

Slightly anxious about this upcoming heat
Last time it was this similar heat I felt really unwell
I like a warm day ,don't get me wrong ..but warm as in I don't need a hoodie
Not warm as in I'm going to faint .
Hope your all ok in the heat this week x
