Same here, @frostyflo ! Plateau central for aaaages and then suddenly 2lb. I'm just a squeak off a normal BMI!! 25.9. I've lost 3st 1lb since the start of the year - yay!

Congrats at nearly being there , must be a lovely feeling .
I've still got loads to go .

HollywoodTease · 16/07/2026 13:31

Had my bloods done yesterday.

My hba1c is 34. Down from 47 in January.

I'm no longer pre-diabetic, even though I'm still obese.

Mounjaro is a bloody miracle drug. 🥹

Hettar · 16/07/2026 14:30

My weekly update.

I lost 2 pounds this week, which is nice because I'd stalled for a couple of weeks.

SW: 17-10
CW: 12-13
GW: 11 st
Total loss: 66 lbs

Feeling great about being 12 stone something. I'm getting much close to my goal weight, but also loosing much slower. I'm fine with the slow weight loss.

I'm looking at my body and I think I'm going to have a fair bit of loose skin. I'm not worrying about that at the moment. I might consider surgery but want to make sure I keep the weight off for a few years before going down that route.

Another lb down so I’m 10st 3 now - a 58lb loss.

I’m still on 2.5 and this week I’m a few days late having my jab as I’m still not feeling that hungry! I have 4 doses left so I might as well spread them further apart if I can.

BeWildPearlFish · 17/07/2026 08:02

Morning all

I wasnt due to weigh today (jab is on Tuesday) but have just about crept into a new stone bracket... its the first time in 20 years I've seen that number on the scales

SW 13st
GW 10st
CW 9st 13.5

3 stone down and I can't actually believe it.

I'm taking 3.75 from a 5mg pen and with using the golden dose in the 2.5 pens and ordering monthly I still have a 2.5 pen which hasn't been opened. I'm not sure what way to go, either move back to 2.5 and stay with that before thinking about maintenance or sydtcwirh 3.75 until the end of the current pen

MrTiddlesTheCat · 17/07/2026 08:10

I didn't weigh last week as I was on holiday. I can't believe I've lost 2.6 kg over 2 weeks, while on holiday. I had cake nearly every day.

SW: 135 kg
MJSW: 128.7 kg
CW: 105.1 kg
Loss: 2.6 kg
Total loss: 29.9 kg

That's almost 5 stone!

Onbdy · 17/07/2026 08:46

Another pound off for me this week, 51.5 in total. I am now the lightest I’ve been for over 7 years and I can squeeze into a size 12. I need to lose a few more pounds before they fit comfortably.

Hettar · 17/07/2026 11:55

FrostyFlo · 17/07/2026 06:48

I do feel great. I've stared going to the gym again.

My work colleagues have been saying I'm looking good for a while, but never mentioning my weight. Last week my boss said that I was losing weight every time she sees me.

I'm conclusion, yes it feels amazing!

Perianth · 19/07/2026 13:07

A miserable 0.4lb loss this week! Still a loss though. Off for a sauna later. Maybe I can sweat some out!

GreenLemonade · 20/07/2026 13:27

My body is trolling me! 0.1kg away from goal!😱😃

Fantastic!! Well done @GreenLemonade

You’re at my goal too 😂 I’ve still got 4kg to shed and it’s taking forever!!

Any tips very welcome 🙏

glutenisthedevil · 20/07/2026 21:33

I weighed this morning and hit my 4 stone off! I was so happy. I've gone from 16.6 to 12.5.

I went clothes shopping this afternoon with no idea what sizes to take into the changing room as it's been so long since I bought something new. Just before I started taking mounjaro I was squeezing myself into elasticated 18s and avoided shops like the plague because I hated the way I looked and that I was buying clothes that fit rather than clothes I liked. Today was a whole different experience and I loved it! I came away with everything in a size 14 or medium. I was so emotional that I got in the car and burst into tears. It was so weird. I was really happy but all of a sudden totally overcome by how much my body has changed and not recognising the person in the mirror (but in a good way).

I am so utterly determined that I will never go back to the way I was before.

HollywoodTease · 20/07/2026 21:54

So many amazing stories this week 😍

It's so good to hear how well everyone is doing.

I'm so pleased for you all!

HollywoodTease · 21/07/2026 10:25

Check-in day, jab #27

SW 99.9kg
Next GW 75kg (25% of start lost)
CW 78.15kg.

So that's 0.6kg this week, or 1.3lbs

22kg or 48lbs now gone, hopefully forever.

BMI down from 42 to 33

Hba1c down from 47 to 34

Hypertension gone, BP now consistently in the normal range

IBS gone

Size 20 to size 14 jeans

I'm about halfway to goal, still on 7.5 and happy to stick with that for the moment. I'm losing slower, but I'm still losing.

Counting my blessings today!

8books · 21/07/2026 11:16

I’ve hit 10s this morning!! Seems like such a milestone.

SW 12st 11lbs
CW 10st
GW 9st 6lbs

I could actually stop now to be fair, but some leeway might be nice.

I like how my clothes look, I like the way my face looks with dents under my cheekbones. My boobs have shrunk though, which is sad. I loved them before and now they’re just smaller 😭🤦🏼‍♀️

On the plus side, I need to get a hole maker for my old belts that no longer fit!

Ralphiesaurus · 21/07/2026 12:58

Had a conv with my MJ prescriber about maintenance and they are happy to support longer term use (am sure they are - ka-ching lol!) But with my history of so many yoyo diets and ups and downs (6.5 stone to 17.5 stone!!!) I am comfortable with the idea of staying on MJ if it helps me stay at a stable weight. Obvs need to rejig my budget... but I am having to do that in any case as I am divorcing my husband... but that's a whole separate story!?!

Really good to see so many positive results on this thread. We have all done so brilliantly!

Lovingtheglitter · 22/07/2026 09:23

After a couple of mega hectic weeks including a weeks holiday I put on 2 lbs. When I weighed myself on Monday I managed to lose those 2 pounds. I did a mid week weigh in this morning and a further 2 have gone so I’m back on it which is a relief as I didn’t want to move up to 7.5 unless I had to as I’m happy on 5mg. Just over 2 stone to go!

FrostyFlo · 23/07/2026 09:05

50lb lost as of today and 1lb more to get into the next stone bracket which is always a boost .

Etherealcelestialbeing · 23/07/2026 13:18

I am so pleased to hear all these success stories! I had to have a break from the jabs for 3 weeks while I had surgery and have been pretty immobile so I was worried I would have put on. However, weighed this morning and have stayed the same!

SW 13 st 6
CW 11 st 2 - so close to the next stone bracket!

My surgery has given me my movement back so after a few more weeks recovery I should be able to get stuck into an exercise routine. I am researching strength training but wondering if I should go to a class where someone can advise me more. I don’t want to end up reversing my recovery!

I am sticking with 7.5mg MJ for now and building a bit of a stockpile with a thought to maintenance at some point. I am only 5ft 2 though so still quite a way to reach close to ‘normal BMI’.

Hettar · 23/07/2026 17:24

Another update from me.

SW: 17 st 10
CW: 12 st 11
GW: 11 st
Total loss: 69 lbs
Dosage: 3 75

I've not posted for a couple of weeks and weight loss has slowed down but still ticking along. I'm 1 pound away from having lost 5 stone.

I've not changed my dosage for a few months now. I'm not sure whether it's still working or having a placebo affect. It doesn't really matter because I'm still eating the same way.

Great seeing how well people are doing.

Onbdy · 24/07/2026 07:23

Another 3 pounds off this week, 54.5 in total, so close to the 4 stone mark! Hoping to get there by next Friday or the following Friday. 🤞

Instructions · 27/07/2026 12:32

18 kg lost since starting mid January, BMI is now 22.5. I passed my original goal some time ago, now I need to decide whether when I reach the new goal of 2-3 more kg down that is in fact my stopping point. How do other people decide they have lost the right amount and don't want to keep going?

I can't get used to not being overweight. I still think of myself as overweight and feel overweight and pick up clothes in shops that are 3 sizes bigger than I need now; I have hardly bought any clothes as I have lost weight as something in my head cannot accept that I need smaller ones. I went bra shopping this weekend after using the ABTF calculator and was astounded to find the suggested size was right. I have jeans that I bought a couple of months ago that are too big now but I can't make myself buy the size I need because that size is for other people, not me, I am an overweight person who wears bigger sizes, it would be ridiculous to tryto put on a pair of jeans in that size ..

I'm still on 1mg, and I've started to stretch the time between jabs a bit. It's 10 days since the last one and I don't have food noise or more than normal hunger. I wonder if I should go down to 0.5 now and see how that goes over the next month?

Not sure what the point of this update is! Reading it back I sound like an idiot.
