Is there a re-starters thread?

I have been off since Nov due to health issue - put on 10kg in 4 months - eating drinking like a maniac and not moving - need to restart. Do I need to work up the doses each month again or can I short circuit? Eg 2.5 for 2 weeks? If there is already a thread where all this info already please let me know

I'm away for a week so i jabbed as normal before I went but today is my jab day and I didn't bother bringing one with me so I'll see how it goes this week, but it will be quite nice to eat and drink normally for a few days, if it wears off that much, and know that I can jab when I get home
