Thank you @PearlsTeapot but oushk cut me off so I have nothing to jab. I sent them a stinking email on Friday but they've ignored it so far. I don't have the heart to try other suppliers so bit stuck

I’ve hit 7st off! Well actually 7st 0.5lbs! Feeling really proud and now determined to try to get the magic 100lbs before my one year anniversary.

Just had a message from my provider,saying that the next pen will have less liquid in it ..pants .that extra dose made it worthwhile
And weight is on the move ,16 stone 3 this morning.. yippee,3 more pounds of and I've lost 11 stone

Away on our hols, taking my planned MJ break, currently eating my way through a whole Waitrose and a farm shop... loving reading all of your NSVs and milestones. I really hope this isn't the end of it all for me, but I have to accept it's not working right now, and hope this break then restart helps. Though slightly worried I'll be the size of a monster truck before long. Maybe just a small one though!

Voy are actually doing off-label prescriptions for people who start off at under 27 BMI.

There will be others who do maintenance.

And there is one (I can't remember which) which is offering a variable dose regime, where people count clicks under the supervision of the prescriber. The pens last longer, obviously.

The pharmacies are all reading social media and they've realised that there are other potential customers to target.

3rd week of 4.5mg here after a month of 4.25 and finally the gastric side effects have settled down 🙄. It’s definitely given the weight loss a bit of a push as well, feeling quite confident about my 7st target for my one year anniversary in May now.

I’ve either stayed the same or gained 1lb after my few days away. Not a problem, and I thought it might be more so I’ll take it!

I went on a big shopping day out yesterday (has to be a day out, I live quite a long way from a city) and I came away with..... sod all. Turns out I don't like anything! Nothing at all (I'll exclude the fancy makeup John Lewis kindly helped me out with 😁)
Everything was either dirgy coloured or nasty fabric or lurid colours. There seems to be a lot of items with 'embellishment', bows, frills, appliqué, embroidery, slogans, none of that is for me.

Unsure what is for me now though, hadn't realised this would be my biggest challenge of 2006 to be honest 🫣

I went shopping the other day and, I agree, the colours are not doing it for me. There's a lot of brown and rust, and as a cool winter that just doesn't suit me.

And that trend for short body tops seems to be sticking around. On me they finish right on my lower belly where I'm the biggest, and it draws so much attention to it. As a pear shape that is not flattering, and I'm quite self-conscious about my stomach at the moment - it's very stubbornly refusing to shrink.

You know what ,I'm struggling to , everything seems to have food on it ,
I do not want to walk around at 50 wearing t shirts with bloody fruit ,or peppers or the words farmers market on them
Or lobsters ..it's just rediculous..who is buying tops with lemons ,oranges and blueberries on them ..these are plus size shops .. simply be ,and yours ,and the curve range in ASOS ..all food .. bizarre

I did manage to get some bits on line in new look ,plain ,no fruit or vegetables on tops in sight .
A couple of striped shirts as well ..
Only problem being none of it is cotton and I'm not good with fabric that's not cotton..but I clearly had to compromise somewhere

It has taken a 106lb (7st 8lb) loss but am now wearing size 20 jeans instead of the same size 24 as when I started a year ago. Realised when getting ready for work today the size 24 are far too big and baggy to wear now.

@AlicesMum2025 I did indeed mean 2026! 🫣

And yes- the ridiculously short tops that stop at my belly button- no no no!
