Hi everyone haven’t kept up very well the last few days. But I wore the size 20 pleather barrel trousers yesterday that I bought in March! Waist a bit snug but not in a muffin-top way. I never had barrel trousers before but I really liked how they looked.

Well! We went out drinking yesterday! For hours! I’ve managed to avoid a hangover and didn’t go mad on junk food.

Sounds like fun times. I had a couple of vodka and cokes this week, literally one a night and my hangovers were horrendous. I'm hoping the new dose tomorrow stops me wanting alcohol like the MJ did.

Are a lot of you with this same pharmacy? I’m feeling lost about where to go now. Been with Numan since September and it’s be fast postage and discounted well with referral. That doesn’t seem possible to share here anymore so wondering where others get best deals?

I've used SwiftDoctor who are quick, next day delivery and easy to reorder. They are generally at the cheaper end, not always the cheapest but decent. Sometimes they do one off discounts and there’s always a £5 off discount for continuing customers.

I know a lot of people use Medicine MarketPlace although I haven’t as yet. Pharmulous is also one I see mentioned a lot.

I tend to go with whoever is cheapest on monj.co.uk. I've never had any issues swapping.

I recently moved to Fylde Clinic as they were significantly cheaper than Simple Online Pharmacy who I was using previously and have had no issues with deliveries. Both use DPD who are amazing for communicating about deliveries and I can get them delivered a nearby shop that stays open late if I’m in the office when a delivery is due, so I’ve had no issues with pens not being icy cold still.

Good god my body is pissing me off!

I have been in calorie deficit and yet seem to be gaining weight. It’s annoying and against the laws of physics. I’m hoping it’s water retention or recomposition but I could really do without it.

@TragicMuse it will come, it will come (but you know that). Our bodies are amazing and complicated plus always working in calorie deficit will be changing how your body is operating.

A smidge under 14 stone in old money.

Went for a granny walk yesterday (round the block with DD and new DGC), grabbed a rain jacket out of the cupboard. It didnt quite fit but kept the rain off my shoulders. When I came to look at the size it was a small!

That seems to happen to me a lot lately. I went up half a kilo a week ago but after 10 days I’m finally seeing good losses again. I’m taking it as a sign to dose up! I’ve also been hungrier too (but still in deficit). Hope you get a whoosh soon!
