Well, the Hell Bunny dungarees have arrived, in a size M, and are too big. As I thought might happen, the S size is now sold out meaning no exchange possible. So I will return for a refund, but no dungarees for me. Really annoying as other than being too big, I really like them and they feel very good quality.

There's no way that I am actually a size S in anything, as I am a 12 to 14 in others brands and that's what the size M was labelled as, as well as matching my current waist/hip measurements.

Doggymummar · 01/04/2026 20:02

That's disappointing @SilenceInside are they meant to be oversized do you think?

SilenceInside · 01/04/2026 20:09

I think they are probably meant to be a looser fit @Doggymummar , but I was fooled by the model on the website who is a similar height to me but wearing an XS which makes them look more fitted. I should have been bolder and ordered the S but I genuinely have never worn anything described as small in my life.I also can't quite believe that I want a more fitted look for once!

Theringcycle · 02/04/2026 00:10

@MrTiddlesTheCat great news on your all-clear, and thank you for the church cafe photos - it looks absolutely wonderful!

GnomeDePlume · 02/04/2026 07:08

@MrTiddlesTheCat that is great news on the all clear.

Weigh in and jab day

SW 140kg BMI 54.7
CW 91.4kg BMI 35.9
GW 63kg BMI 24.6

14 stone 5lbs in old money 7 stone 9lbs off.

Not sure how real this is as I am chock full of cold at the moment.

I had requested to go up to 15mg MJ injections but diabetes nurse said 'no' as my HBA1C is at the bottom end of treated diabetes. She has taken me off metformin so we will see in a couple of months.

eibbed999 · 02/04/2026 08:39

Has anybody tried the Trinny neck cream? Reviews are good but I'm aware I might be getting fooled by clever marketing - and it's quite expensive! I also used to really dislike her when she was on the telly for some reason, so I'm reluctant to shell out! I did get given some of her BFF cream though and it was annoyingly nice.

I keep being tempted by this. I tried it at the Trinny makeup counter earlier in the week but obviously (sadly) I can't see a difference 😂
Its £69 though , I might have been swayed by the sales person but I'd just spent a fortune on fancy makeup so couldn't quite justify it, still thinking about it though!

TragicMuse · 02/04/2026 12:23

I LOVE the Trinny neck cream! It’s one of my staples, I use it twice a day!

I don’t know how effective it is over other products but I really enjoy putting it on!

I don’t think I’m too saggy, for 61!!

@MrTiddlesTheCat Great news, must be such a relief.

Weigh in today lost 1.4kg / 3 lb and 1.4 oz a bit of a woosh considering how close I am to target, but it has been a bit slower recently so hopefully it's just a catch up.

SW: 142.8kg / 22 stone, 6 lb and 13.1 oz
CW: 64.7kg / 10 stone, 2 lb and 10.2 oz
BMI: 50.8 / 23
Total Loss: 78.1kg / 12 stone, 4 lb and 2.9 oz
To get to mid healthy BMI: 4.7kg / 10 lb and 5.8 oz

I've started getting more variation in foods rather than just chicken and vegetable variations over the last few months, so next for maintaining will be reducing the OMAD / fasting times. Also up the exercise a bit more for muscle maintenance.

To also start and taper down the doses probably start this after the next pen and then maintain on as little as possible.

eibbed999 · 02/04/2026 12:39

Thanks @TragicMuse - I'd definitely swap necks with you, so I might give it a try!

TragicMuse · 02/04/2026 12:43

Most kind of you @eibbed999!

I started a skincare regime last year and I love the time I spend on myself. It’s all part of the investment in myself I think…maybe I finally believe I’m worth it!

Theringcycle · 02/04/2026 12:51

Hi everyone. Weigh-in and jab day for me, 8 weeks (2 pens) in:

SW: 130kg Feb 2026
CW: 121.7kg

Pen 1: -4kg
Pen 2: -4.3kg

I totally relate to this. I never bothered with much self care before, but since starting on MJ I have an actual proper skincare routine, I take proper care of my hair, I choose my outfits carefully, and I even shave my legs every couple of days (rather than a couple of times a year)! It’s made such a difference to my confidence and overall wellbeing.

Oh and your neck looks fabulous by the way!

Well done to everyone else on the losses, glad it’s going well for you all. I don’t post too often now but still read all of your posts every day.

I’m maintaining well but it’s not easy. I’m down to 5mg now, food noise has increased and I’m struggling not to binge. Currently seem to be binging twice a week on average and then eating really nutritiously and low calorie the rest of the week, which is keeping my weight stable but is not how I wanted or planned to maintain. I really want to just knock the binging on the head and increase my daily calories to allow for a normal amount of treats and snacks. This is what I’m currently working towards.

Fffreeeeezing · 02/04/2026 14:12

Ah rubbish, I haven't had a period for nearly 4 years, loads of tests done and no reason identified. Today it has made a reappearance 😡 I'd forgotten this faff, and about the cramps.

Its either the MJ (unlikely, I've been on it over a year), the weight loss (but I used to have periods when I was a lot heavier than I currently am) or the steroid injection in my knee I had last week 🤷🏼‍♀️

For those of you who still have periods, how do they affect your weekly losses? Am I likely to lose less the week before the period or the week during, or both?

Theringcycle · 02/04/2026 14:28

@Fffreeeeezing less the week before (usually a gain in fact) and a bit of a whoosh afterwards

PearlsTeapot · 02/04/2026 18:39

I stay the same or gain on my period.

PearlsTeapot · 02/04/2026 21:25

Having a bad week, eating all the naughty food and snacks. DWs had the week off work and DS went away for a few days and we’ve eaten out every meal! Waffles, Indian, sushi to name but a few. We had a staycation really and it’s been lovely but I’m dreading weighing on Sunday.

Drawing a line now! Sharing it here to be held accountable.

TragicMuse · 03/04/2026 00:10

I fell onto a packet of candy kittens sweets. All gone now!

SilenceInside · 03/04/2026 00:28

I find that time away from the usual routines can potentially play havoc with my ability to stay focussed on what I’m eating and on my exercise. I know when I can fit exercise into my work week and around the kids, school and activities. When it’s the holidays it’s obviously nice to have some time off, but it’s more unstructured and then exercise can be strangely harder to fit in even though I have more time. Same for planning what I’m eating - there’s more meals out and more unstructured meals at home.

Springflowers2 · 03/04/2026 02:22

I'm the opposite at the moment,be been so stressed I've not been able to eat much and down 7 pounds..it will go back on though when things level out and I get back to normal eating, probably be ok by middle of next week.
Can't eat ,can't sleep at the minute

Hope things improve for you soon @Springflowers2. And we've all been there @PearlsTeapot - you'll get back on track!

I'm currently in my first week without MJ for over a year. Feels odd not to have jabbed on Monday. Food wise though I've noticed no difference - I'm still constantly snacking, eating much bigger meals, grazing all day, and generally making terrible choices. But all of that has been happening while I was on 15mg too, and this doesn't feel any worse. Like I've said here before, did feel like it had simply stopped working for me. Hoping that a month off and then a restart will help.

Currently on holiday in Suffolk, which has a LOT of fantastic food pubs!

Yes, I think that's been my problem this week too - off work, out of routine, too many reasons to eat more or snack. I've been keeping up my exercise which will hopefully stop the week going too far off track. But I've decided to increase my dose tonight when I jab as I'm definitely feeling that part of the problem is that I'm not getting as much support from the MJ to resist the instinct to snack.

I don't want to go all the way up to 7.5mg (partly for cost reasons and partly to try and stay as low as possible for side effects/not getting too much suppression) so I'll be doing 6.25mg. Luckily I have enough 'spare' doses in my stash that I can do this but keep ordering 5mg for a good six months.

Billybingbong · 03/04/2026 10:46

Week 52, and my 1 year jabversary. 2lb off this week, and I am delighted to be finishing the year on a total of 7st 4lb loss. I'm amazed how quickly this year has gone, and how much my life has changed. This time last year, I was virtually housebound. I basically only left the house for work, and not much else. I could barely walk to the car without getting out of puff. I had to stop halfway up the stairs to catch my breath. I could only sit in certain chairs in the work meeting room. The list is endless. But now, I dont even think about any of those things, I just live my life like any 'normal' person. I feel free, and a little overwhelmed right now. Life is wonderful, all thanks to Mounjaro.

For you numbers peeps, here's a few stats of my year

102lb or 46kg gone
BMI down from 56 to 38
31% body weight gone
18" gone from my waist
16" gone from my hips

SW 22st 8lb
CW 15st 4lb
GW 11st 4lb

And to finish off my self indulgent post, here's a comparison pic. The first one was the one I provided for my first pen, the second one taken just now.

Have a great week friends xx

@Billybingbong that's fantastic, well done! Loving the pics - looks at the difference around your face/jawline/neck - that's incredible!

Missingducks · 03/04/2026 11:40

Wow @Billybingbong well done ... Your neck has got longer too - so I suspect that signifies you need to buy something with which to decorate it (perhaps pearls or your favourite precious stone)
