@MrTiddlesTheCat calories are calories, weather they’re McDonald’s or home cooked. So try to give yourself a break. Or, think about what your McDonald’s order would have been in the old days. That helps me justify things.

@MrTiddlesTheCat it just goes to show how much our upbringing and/or our social/cultural environment affects our attitude towards food and eating. I guess that McDonalds feels like “bad” food even if you’ve made a sensible choice and not over indulged. Plus maybe some of the feelings are coming from the stress and worry about your appointment tomorrow as well.

I hope you manage to get some sleep somehow, and that everything goes as well as possible tomorrow.

Now on my way to the hospital. DH is taking me to the church cafe afterwards. I'll post some pics as you won't believe how they do church cafe here.

Went for a walk today round a loch with DW and the dogs. A year ago I'd have been sat at home on the sofa while they went without me. Got fresh air, got to see the dogs having fun, got to breathe in lovely outside air and go to a cafe. Felt really good.

I'm in a bit of a weird place at the moment. Weight loss is steady, I'm sticking to my calories, but I'm definitely getting less impact from the MJ - I'm picking at stuff while I'm cooking dinner, eating impulsively, snacking too much. Yesterday my snacks actually added up to more calories than most of my meals! I think I might need to go up a dose, even though I was really hoping not to, luckily I have a few spare pens with the extra dose in them, so I can use that to increase while still buying 5mg pens for cost reasons. But it doesn't bode well for being able to maintain long term 😥

I have quite a bit of Disturbia stuff and the sizing can be a little variable. Before I get anything off Vinted I try and find the same item on the Disturbia website and read all the reviews - you soon get a bit of guidance on what runs large/small! I have had a few misses though, but it always sells pretty easily if something isn't quite right.
