Feel free to lurk or post, absolutely no judgement here, just support and encouragement as we spring into spring not obsessing over Easter Eggs for the second year 🥰

Join us here to celebrate NSV’s, weight loss milestones, maintenance and new stone brackets!
I’m on W68 D6 and on w12 of 2.5mg maintenance dose.

F in my early 50’s
H 5’ 5.5”
SW 13st 11lb
CW 9st 10lbs
GW 9st 0lb
Total loss so far at lowest weight was 61.0 lbs (at 9st 6.0) maintenance has seen 4 of those pounds go back on.

We recommend the Shotsy app to monitor the amount of MJ in the system and pleasing graphs to look at…plus the MeThreeSixty body scan app to monitor inch loss for the weeks where weight loss is slow but you might have lost body fat etc. Both are free.
Feel free to swap recipes that might inspire anyone in a food rut, tips for managing side effects, exercise tips, tips for maintenance, titrating up or down and we love a wellness/supplements/beauty/ style/vinted chat too 🤗

OMG That is crazy unprofessional.
I wonder if he forgot he had his camera on.

I mean, if your job is to literally do video calls all day, you must know. Maybe he isn’t paid on CS, and I expect Job satisfaction probably isn’t that high in their organisation?

Happy weekend skinny minnies.

Just checking in - no weight loss but I'm not surprised. Had quite an indulgent week in London so wasn't expecting a loss - any loss would have been miraculous in fact!

I've just placed an order with Oushk 🙈 but having caught up with everyone's woes with them I'm expecting to get punted down to 2.5mg after my video consultation! What a pain in the butt! Have bookmarked pharmulous as recommended @Mounjaropen or I'll use HeySlim again (although the video evidence I uploaded to their website was shockingly inaccurate (my scales were misbehaving being on carpet and weighing me 1 stone lighter!! 😱 so how they approved me i shall never know! Makes me very suspicious of them!)

I’m surprised no one objected to me wearing boots and holding an iPad for mine 😂

Oh! Anyone else watching The Madison? I'm completely obsessed with Michelle Pfieffer 😍 I just ordered a pair of these sunglasses https://www.johnlewis.com/ralph-ra5305u-womens-cats-eye-sunglasses/shiny-solid-beige/p110648670 which are a pretty good dupe for the Celine ones she wears in the show. And now I'm being shown lots of ads where I could have bought them cheaper 🙄

I'm starting to see the appeal of a tummy tuck and thigh lift. Don't think I'd ever be brave enough to go through with it but my goodness I wish I was. My left thigh is still like a melted candle and I definitely have extra skin on my tummy. Even my arms are a bit saggy! Is this it? Will it ever improve without surgery do we think?

Binge watched it all. Love Taylor Sheridan dramas. Plus this one had a bit of property wealth porn from the NYC scenes. Hope you love the glasses!

That is WILD 😂

Tbh the impressionI’ve got from them is one of sheer chaos behind the scenes. No one ever seems to do what they said they would do.

Haha I think this is fair. On my last video verification call, someone completely different to who it was meant to be turned up, he was very chill, when it came to height verification he just said ‘do you know your height’ and was happy with my answer 😂

(to be fair, I didn’t mind this approach as it was less faff! And I do have my NHS app height loaded in the profile)

Mounjaropen · 31/03/2026 19:12

jay55 · 29/03/2026 15:05

Thought I looked good this morning, my dress gives a great illusion of a flat tum. But then loads of loose skin decided to display itself from my armpits to side boob. Scooped some into my bikini top (I’m using bikinis as bras while on ship, saving my one proper bra for port days) but bits have crept out.
oh well, battle scars.

ive a theory that lots of us are stalling after big loses as our bodies need to recalibrate a bit more. We need less calories as we’re a lower weight but our bodies don’t realise we are a lower weight and so cling on as if we were in starvation mode. Then works it out, gives a quick whoosh and gets stuck again. Needs time to catch up, just like not recognising what we actually look like in the mirror.

Love the description 😂 Bet you look lovely. Hope the rest of your holiday is fabulous!

I'm migrating over the Pharmulous as I need to select a delivery day going forwards and smiled at their what is your goal weight also having a box for your goal height. I've been this height for 33 years. I don't see Mounjaro changing it!

Gettingbysomehow · 31/03/2026 21:22

Finally after three months stuck at 10 stone I was 9.12 this morning. I need to get to 9.7 then Im done 😀

MontyJinks · 31/03/2026 23:13

I had Dawud in his dressing gown this week too 🤣

"Do you know your height?"...... ermmm ..... yes, still 5 foot. I get the impression that I could have given ANY random answer to ANY question and still been approved. Call lasted a little over a minute. Fine by me, been 7 weeks since my last order and I've just received my requested 5mg. I approve wholeheartedly of their lax approach (and am absolutely ready to jump ship to Pharmulous if needs be) 🤣

Well clearly it wasn’t a one-off from Dawud 😳

Shame they made me jump through so many hoops because unless they have a 50% off sale I won’t be going back…plus, Pharmulous were just easier and delivery was faster..

Yep. I wouldn’t go much taller tbh - maybe 5’7” but I’d deffo opt for longer legs and smaller boobs 😂

Oooo I’ll go a good bit taller please, my tdee would be far less depressing.

I think I feel better using it, but I need to be really consistent. Going to look at a few videos to check if I’m using the best technique today. However, could I do one side of my face and see a remarkable difference to the other? No.

I think the declining quality of skin laxity after weight loss is a definite side effect of MJ given that it can affect YP as well as old girls like me. But tbh I’d rather be old and thin with a slack neck than fat, breathless, squeezing myself into shapewear so I can wear yet another tent shaped dress….!

Thank you for the review, very useful and great to hear an honest account (I’m wary of online reviews on the products pages). I’ll pop it into my ‘nice to have when I decide to have a major splurge category’. I guess the issue is that along with my MJ and reformer Pilates I’m already splurging each month 🤦‍♀️😅

My Botox will be worn off again soon. I’m doing that every 6 months (only done it twice so far though).

TheSlimmingPumpkin · 02/04/2026 13:18

Well I had an issue with a particular pharmacy. I got fed up with getting nowhere so got my credit card company involved who have now resolved the problem. I am confirmed Pharmulous user from now on. I want consistency and decent prices from my pharmacy, I don’t need them to be my best friend and I don’t want to collect points or pay additional charges for maintenance.

<waves> Hello, friends in my phone! Popping in to say that I’ve just taken delivery of a Topshop size 10 dress https://www.asos.com/topshop/topshop-denim-seam-detail-maxi-dress-in-indigo-rinse/prd/209266533?ctaRef=my+orders and it fits! And it makes me look like a sexy mermaid.

PinkArt · 03/04/2026 00:15

🥳 I remember being a Topshop size 10 when I was about 13 or 14 and thought I was enormous. Youth is wasted on the young!

LindtCurves · 03/04/2026 10:46

Hello my lovelies!

I am hovering in the 130-140lb region without much effort and quite happy with that. Back on 5mg MJ and happy with that also.

I know this is old news and relevant to Wegowy rather than MJ, but I'm glad studies have proven I'm not crazy thinking the drug helps my mental health! https://news.sky.com/story/weight-loss-jabs-may-help-with-anxiety-and-depression-study-finds-13521632

Hope you have a lovely Easter weekend, filled with normal amounts of chocolate this time! (She writes, having eaten an entire easter egg - oops)

I do think back to Easter as a child and about 5-6 people gifting me large amounts of chocolate each time, which all got consumed within one weekend. Anyone see a pattern of where the weight issues may have started? 😇

Look at that 12, isn't it beautiful 😍 I'm very excited to finally have officially cracked that one, it makes the final goal weight feel that much closer. And that's with the discovery of Maltesers Mini Eggs this week, which I think I could eat in Before Times quantities.

Oh wow this is stunning!! Bet you look incredible in it.

Would you say it is true to size? I normally avoid sleeveless dresses due to my terrible bingo wings but I could team it with a cardigan potentially.

I managed to get down to 9 stone 9.6 on Weds morning but we are away visiting family over Easter (and had a nice lunch out today) so doubting that’ll be the case next week! But thankfully having MJ in my arsenal stops me panicking.

And well done @PinkArt ! Wahoo for the 12 on the scales, fabulous work.

Well done! Keep working on the arms. Mine are not quite St Jennifer of Anniston calibre, but good enough that I wear sleeveless dresses and tops now…for the first time in probably 30 years…!!

enjoy the chocolate!
