Total loss so far at lowest weight was 61.0 lbs (at 9st 6.0) maintenance has seen 4 of those pounds go back on.

We recommend the Shotsy app to monitor the amount of MJ in the system and pleasing graphs to look at…plus the MeThreeSixty body scan app to monitor inch loss for the weeks where weight loss is slow but you might have lost body fat etc. Both are free.

Haha I think this is fair. On my last video verification call, someone completely different to who it was meant to be turned up, he was very chill, when it came to height verification he just said ‘do you know your height’ and was happy with my answer 😂

I'm migrating over the Pharmulous as I need to select a delivery day going forwards and smiled at their what is your goal weight also having a box for your goal height. I've been this height for 33 years. I don't see Mounjaro changing it!

Finally after three months stuck at 10 stone I was 9.12 this morning. I need to get to 9.7 then Im done 😀

"Do you know your height?"...... ermmm ..... yes, still 5 foot. I get the impression that I could have given ANY random answer to ANY question and still been approved. Call lasted a little over a minute. Fine by me, been 7 weeks since my last order and I've just received my requested 5mg. I approve wholeheartedly of their lax approach (and am absolutely ready to jump ship to Pharmulous if needs be) 🤣

Thank you for the review, very useful and great to hear an honest account (I’m wary of online reviews on the products pages). I’ll pop it into my ‘nice to have when I decide to have a major splurge category’. I guess the issue is that along with my MJ and reformer Pilates I’m already splurging each month 🤦‍♀️😅

My Botox will be worn off again soon. I’m doing that every 6 months (only done it twice so far though).

Well I had an issue with a particular pharmacy. I got fed up with getting nowhere so got my credit card company involved who have now resolved the problem. I am confirmed Pharmulous user from now on. I want consistency and decent prices from my pharmacy, I don’t need them to be my best friend and I don’t want to collect points or pay additional charges for maintenance.

I am hovering in the 130-140lb region without much effort and quite happy with that. Back on 5mg MJ and happy with that also.

Look at that 12, isn't it beautiful 😍 I'm very excited to finally have officially cracked that one, it makes the final goal weight feel that much closer. And that's with the discovery of Maltesers Mini Eggs this week, which I think I could eat in Before Times quantities.

Would you say it is true to size? I normally avoid sleeveless dresses due to my terrible bingo wings but I could team it with a cardigan potentially.

I managed to get down to 9 stone 9.6 on Weds morning but we are away visiting family over Easter (and had a nice lunch out today) so doubting that’ll be the case next week! But thankfully having MJ in my arsenal stops me panicking.
