Yay @Coventree🎉🥳👏💕 !

excellent news and well done! I came off for 6 weeks but realised I need support so am maintaining with 2.5mg. We’re so lucky to be able to choose to do this.

Stasis26 · 18/02/2026 09:51

Congrats @Coventree🎉🎉 that must feel amazing - healthy BMI and over 5 stone loss - well done you!

Hello everyone,

Lovely to see those of us who are still going as we come up to 10 months. It's madness to think in a few months I'll be a year in.

Today was a bit of a surprise as I'm -2.5lbs down on last week. Although we've had a sickness bug in the house (not me, one of the kids) but I have emetophobia so any kind of vomiting illness sets me on edge and I probably having been eating my full calories the past few days. Still at this point a loss that large is a surprise!! Probably a bit too much to be honest as I'm within a healthy weight now. Am only looking to lose 3-5lbs before I maintain (to have a bit of a buffer)

So as if today I've lost a whopping 65lbs.

I've had to put a load of clothes in storage as they no longer fit. They aren't even a bit big they just look ridiculous and dwarf me. I did live in oversized tunics / baggy stuff but I've gone from a size 18/20 to a 12.

I'm still a bit shaky psychologically as I still feel a bit "undeserving" and like I've somehow cheated even though I've put in the hard work.

Now I just need to up the exercise!! Tone up a bit more. I should have been doing this from the start but I have autoimmune arthritis so it's not as simple as just following a plan. I need something suitable for my condition. I walk (lots) but need to find some arthritis friendly strength training.

Merlin23 · 21/02/2026 09:32

I have been maintaining at 124lbs for a few weeks.
A bit shocked to get on the scales this morning and see a 2lbs loss.
SW 202lbs 14st6lbs
CW 122lbs 8st 10lbs
80lbs lost! 😯
I've checked my body composition and it was all fat lost this week. I wasn't even trying. Eaten 1200-1500 calories whereas I was eating under 1000 calories when trying to lose.

Zebracat · 21/02/2026 10:00

81.2 today. Lost 300 grams this week, slightly disappointing because I’m in quite a good rhythm with everything and thought it would be more, but never mind. We are going away today for a few nights and there will be cake, so I will need to try harder to keep within calories. Lovely to hear that people are doing well. I have 10 kilos to lose before I am at a healthy bmi. I will get there. My pool was unexpectedly closed yesterday, but I’m so committed to 3 swims a week that I went to the 7am session again this morning.

Stasis26 · 21/02/2026 10:10

Well done @Crunchymumthat’s a life changing loss as evidenced by the clothes you just packed away and you are totally deserving of it, consistent effort over 10 months.

and well done @Merlin23good that you think it’s still recomp now when not expecting/needing to lose lbs. Your swimming will be helping with that, I used to swim loads but not for years, would like to get back to it but don’t love the local pool. Are you still spacing out doses? I’ve gone back to 2.5mg weekly and maintaining consistently since late December. I’ve enough to continue with that for a good while yet though wonder about reducing after I finish current pen in about a month.

did you all see the post confirming that the long dreaded smaller volume pens (no extra dose) have been seen for real now - was also confirmed by Hira on the Oushk live that they’ve seen some of them coming in batches so it’s a mixture out there now.

and also that Voy are now able to prescribe pens for 6 doses of use (only 35 days when you work it out) but they are so expensive competent with some that it’s still not better per dose. However it will make it more understood that using a pen a little longer isn’t extremely dangerous as some suppliers would like us to think.

Hi all
Ive been quiet of late but still checking in to catch up!!!
im currently hovering around a loss of 4st 9lbs - I want to get to 5 st but its slowed right down. I know more ‘picking’ has crept back in 🤦🏼‍♀️ but we’re away for a few days end of March so that’s my new motivation!!
im jabbing 5mg still but every 10/11 days now as I want think about the end goal and when I stop MJ completely- a terrifying thought!!!
I still can’t quite believe what we’ve all lost and thinking back to April last year, being this weight seemed like just a dream and totally unachieveable but here we are!!!!! 😝

I was spacing 10 days but now I see when I need it usually 8 or 9 days.
I got swimmers ear so can't swim at the moment 😥
I took 5mg as 2.5mg was too hard I don't know how much I have in my current pen one dose I think of 5mg then I'm going to try and go down to 3.75mg from 7.5mg pen then I have a 5mg pen so then try again to go down to 2.5mg but I'm seeing how hungry I get. I've definitely eaten more chocolate the last 2 weeks but lost 2lbs. 🤷‍♀️

Hello 👋🏻
Just checking in to say that I've now lost the same 0.5kg that I put on last week (that I had lost the week before that)... I definitely think I'm plateauing around this 68kg mark for whatever reason! It might be because it's hibernation season with all the cold and rain?

I've also just had a cold for the longest time (like, months)... I'm starting to wonder if it might be my body reacting to the Mounjaro? I'm quite an allergenic person and I can only tolerate really low doses of MJ, so I wonder if it's my immune system reacting to It? It certainly makes me less enthusiastic about injecting... I left it 10 days last week just because I didn't want to feel even iller with queasiness on top of the cold.

For that reason, I'm looking forward to weaning myself off it. I think my system will be happier without it coursing through me. Just another 3kg to goal and then I'll start.

@PeachSnail
I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. Have you tried eating a bit more, especially if you've got a cold. It could be you're body going into survival mode when you're ill.

If you up your calories for a week then go back down it might kick start the losses.
Just remember how well you've done.
Hope you feel better soon.
It's nearly spring! 🌷

Well Done @Hawkmoth! What a way to start the week.

Stasis26 · 23/02/2026 08:25

Congratulations @Hawkmoththat’s fantastic! 🎉

well done too @PeachSnaili do think this is a tough time of year to lose weight, we just want to get under a blanket and eat comforting food! Like @Merlin23says it’s almost spring and it’s so much easier, when I think back to last April when we all started and sitting in garden eating salads and being active! Won’t be long until we are back there.

Morning all.

Today I am no longer obese. Fantastic.

Well done. That’s fabulous. I will get there one day.

I’ve had a surprising 3 pound loss this week. I have swapped my evening meals around as usually stuck on eating the same things and swapped a couple of lunches for chocolate cake so maybe it’s the different food/sugar/carbs/nutrients my body has reacted too.

cannyvalley · 24/02/2026 08:35

Hi all, lovely to hear updates and victories.

I’ve been on 2.5 for a few weeks now. I do feel hungrier, but I’ve realised that this is quite normal and I’ve just gotten used to happily ignoring feeling hungry, and eating through the day being entirely optional for me on 5ml. I enjoyed the 5ml effects but I know I want to come off MJ at some point and it feels like the time to reduce , in preparation for that.

Working on having healthy lunch prepared to eat while I’m at work, as I can feel the old temptation to grab a sandwich or crisps etc from the shop when hunger strikes.

I’ve maintained this week, but I’ve eaten chocolate a few times and had a few glasses of wine. This is new for me to even want chocolate and wine- time to engage the willpower!

im a solid size 10 now (for the first time in actual decades!) and have donated all my bigger clothes as motivation not to gain weight.

im hoping when it’s lighter and less freezing on an evening I will be inspired to go for walks after work. Defo need to build in some exercise.

Hi @Coventree well done on your excellent 2lbs loss this week! 🎉
I've been a bit awol, I got stuck in a big black pit of depression for a while and wasn't feeling very chatty but I'm still on track, still losing weight, still constipated 💩😂Total loss is now 67lbs. Catching up on the thread is on my to-do list for this weekend so I will be back to catch up on everyone's progress, I hope you are all doing well!

StartingApril2025 · 26/02/2026 10:32

Hi everyone great to catch up and read how everyone is doing! I am now down to 2.5mg first dose coming this week. Nervous with how it goes as the chocolate / snacking urge still with me. I’ve been same weight now give or take a pound or 2 for 12 weeks or so maybe even longer. Think this is my set point. I haven’t lost any weight other than same pound on and off in months since maybe late November however more recently I’ve had more people commenting on weight loss and how I look now which I get uncomfortable about. I guess it took my weight/ size to stabilise for people to notice than in the loosing stage.
how does everyone deal with the comments? I usually say oh yes I’ve been trying to over the last year and try and move on.
hope everyone has a great day and well done to you all, imagine where we are now compared to this time last year when we were all in the contemplating stage before starting! Amazing!

AbundanceofKatherines · 27/02/2026 07:45

Hi all. Well done to everyone - losers & maintainers, through plods, plateaus and whooshes.

Weigh in day for me and I’m 8st 8.6 - exactly the same as I was a week ago, and the week before that. I’m taking 2.5mg as a maintenance dose. Still have a good amount of suppression and very little food noise. The wine witch is back though, so I need to keep an eye on her.

Have great weekends.

Kat x

AbundanceofKatherines · 27/02/2026 11:36

Popped back to add… My waist is now 26” - when I started it was 42”!

I still have a wobbly overhang but it’s easy to hide.

I have just been through my wardrobe and created a big pile of charity donations. Some are too big, some too small (and I accept I’m never getting that small again), some are just the wrong shape for my more mature figure (not as much hip and thigh as I once had). They are all lovely, quality clothes and I feel a bit sad saying goodbye but hope they’ll find appreciative new homes (and raise some ££ for charity).

Merlin23 · 27/02/2026 12:29

Well done @AbundanceofKatherines
Someone will appreciate your clothes. I don't think I have anything now from last year!
2lbs lost since last Friday 😯
SW 202lbs 14st 6lbs
CW 121lbs 8st 9lbs
81lbs lost
I'm jabbing every 8 days 5mg.
I have a smidgen left in my 10mg pen so may use that and add 3.75mg from a 7.5mg pen. So probably somewhere between 3.75 and 5mg. Then definitely on to 3.75mg
I would like to get another 3lbs gone then I have to stop and maintain.
Love reading all the posts. We are all amazing!
Never did any of us think when we heard the click of the pen for the first time that we would come as far as we all have!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
