New year, new thread, new username for me to reflect my the start of my first year of maintenance - I’m a wlinewbie no more!

Hello everyone - really sorry about not checking in here for ages. I guess it’s mostly as I have absolutely nothing to report! I am still taking 2.5mg per week and holding pretty steady at bmi 23ish.

great to see updates from some of the original crew - massive well done for keeping on keeping on 👏.

Same here, nothing much to report.

It's been 15 weeks since I lost any weight. I've been hovering around the same few lbs 198-202 depending on poop and hormones and fluid and all the things. I'm still jabbing every week but it's done nothing for appetite or satiety or food noise for a long time, I miss the quiet! I think it's still helping pain and inflammation a little so I'll keep jabbing until I finish my stockpile.

I'm getting a little worried about gaining lots at christmas. I gained last year and mounjaro was still helping then so I dread to think how bad it'll be this year with the constant food noise and insatiable hunger back.

Same here, just cracking on at 5mg. Hit the 60kg lost mark today. Still not quite got my head round it though!

I’m similar @slightlysmallerPoisonIvy. Since titrating down/coming off/rapidly putting weight back on/getting back on the MJ…it just doesn’t seem to be working anymore. I’m 9lbs heavier than I was at my coming off point and have just taken 12.5mg on Wednesday for the first time ever to try and find the right dose, but no real effect as yet…🙁
