Well, some of us are new, some of us are nearly at our goal weight and the rest are still in the trenches.

Everyone is welcome here. This is a safe and supportive space for people with a lot of weight to lose.

@MummyInTheNecropolis oh what a fantastic Christmas present to yourself! Well done! It’s so inspiring to see your achievement, you should be very very proud of yourself!

Onenotsosmallstep · 19/12/2025 09:49

@TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne I just spat out my coffee, amazing!

@Lds1 no no it’s free. On the Home Screen click on ‘view my Shotsy journey’

Lds1 · 19/12/2025 09:45

Awww I want some shotsy stats, assume you have to pay for it though 😔

@TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne that's so stupid, as if you'd want another when you're already selling one, idiot man!

Nope, I'm using the free Shotsy- go find it and post yours for inspiration!

SilenceInside · 19/12/2025 09:54

@MummyInTheNecropolis that's fantastic, well done to you indeed!

@TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne that horrifies me and amuses me in equal measure!

Onenotsosmallstep · 19/12/2025 09:29

Love this my jab twin @Fffreeeeezing. I’m a stats geek though! Doesn’t seem that long since a few of us were at 3st 3 lost- look at us now. Could keep a zoo going with all those bananas

I'm a stats geek too, I have a weight loss spreadsheet! If you have an Apple or Garmin watch I've just started using an app called Bevel which is fascinating as it pulls data from your watch and MFP and has stats galore!

You're doing so well jab twin, as much as we tell ourselves not to compare our journeys with others, I am only human and am in awe of your number of bananas!

I can't find it, never mind I have a spreadsheet so can look for some myself if I have time.

I've just calculated that I've lost 43% of my starting weight.

Wow.

Yeah I don't have that

The first time I saw it, I think it was something I had to accept at the top of the home screen. Then it’s moved down the bottom after I’ve viewed it.

TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne · 19/12/2025 10:51

Another NSV for me today.

I'm now a 34" bra size. Luckily, I bought several of my favourite ones when they were on offer.

Still a J cup but goodness! I can't believe how many bra sizes I've dropped. I was a 44K when I started this, two years ago.

Fffreeeeezing · 19/12/2025 10:54

@Lds1I think it's because it can't fit that many bananas on the screen 😁

TragicMuse · 19/12/2025 10:58

Oh well done @MummyInTheNecropolis that is wonderful!

Iwouldratherbesinging · 19/12/2025 11:04

Thanks for the Shotsy notification - I’d never have noticed it hidden at the bottom of the screen - 352 bananas lost!

Iwouldratherbesinging · 19/12/2025 11:07

TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne · 19/12/2025 09:40

Oh you'll never guess what's happened to me.

Nobody has so far bought The Masturbator (which I listed on Ebay) but a random bloke had offered me a discount on buying another one from him.

Yeah, right. Like I really want another one. I don't think so, mate.

🤣🤣🤣

We so need the laughing emoji!

Week 76 weigh in.

SW: 139kg (21st 12 lbs)
CW: 71.3kg (11st 3lbs), was 71.1kg (11st 2lbs), last week.
GW: 65kg (10st 3lbs)

Current pen: 10mg, 32 weeks on this dose.

Grr, a 0.2kg "gain" from last week. I seem to be a bit stuck around this 11st 2 or 3lbs mark. But, I am not going to worry about it over the Christmas period, and then see if I can get things going again in Jan. I know what I need to do, more daily steps, more running, and just plan what I'm eating a bit more carefully.

MummyInTheNecropolis · 19/12/2025 12:51

Thank you so much for all of your lovely messages, I love this thread, it’s a difficult thing to talk about in real life, I’m not sure people really get it but I know you all do!

Billybingbong · 19/12/2025 13:20

Week 37 and I've stayed the same. I'm fine with that, its been a week of different events, all including food. And while I've not really overindulged, I've eaten my fair share of bread, pizza, pastries etc, which I usually avoid, so I'm surprised I haven't actually gained anything. Still going into Christmas with a 6st loss, so I'm happy.

SW 22st 8lb
CW 16st 8lb
GW 11st 4lb

My weight has finally got moving again after a bit of stagnation. I’m now down 26lbs in the 25 days since I started. Had my last 2.5mg shot on Wednesday and feeling peckish today so it might be the right time to go up to 5mg, but I’ll be doing it on Christmas Eve!

That seems very quick, are you getting enough nutrients to stay healthy? Although it's common to have a quick start when you first start I'd expect it to settle down after the first week or two.

user593 · 19/12/2025 15:21

@RenegadeKeeblerElf Most of it was in the first week or two, I’ve only lost 2.2lbs this last week. I think it’s also because I have a lot to loose (145lbs to go!). But I’ve been eating a reasonable amount of chicken/ chickpeas/ rice/ lentils/ vegetables, etc.

I think a lot of people lose a lot to start with.

I actually lost 15lb my first week and another 8lb the second.

Then it slowed down, and now I'm losing 2 - 3lb a month.

Mind you, I've now only got 11lb left to lose, to get to my goal. It's been two years of slog. But so worth it, of course.

That's good. 2lbs in a week is still excellent, I'd be worried if you were still losing basically 1lb per day! Sounds like you've got a good balance there.

user593 · 19/12/2025 15:51

@TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne That’s amazing, you’re so close!

I’m hoping to lose 2.2lbs a week but it might be wishful thinking, I will have to see how it goes.

I did the 1:1 Diet twice years and years ago and lost 1st a month but it was a hard slog with meal replacements, and no familiar food.
