Tried to go for a short walk today but hip sore and knee was giving way after just a 100 or so very slow metres, I've got an appointment with the fracture clinic on Wednesday so might take up their offer of a ankle fracture boot to see if it helps me to get around outside (I'm fine in the house).
@gimmemounjaro my reflux has been back this week, but I think it has been down to trying too many acidic trigger foods again and it is taking a while to settle. I may need to accept I need to mostly avoid them, only eat in very small quantities now or have a bottle of Gaviscon ready for after! - some of mine are -Greek yoghurt, tomatoes, Rhubarb - my favourite since childhood 😔, acidic/tart fruit which I love triggers it - especially raspberries, kiwi, cranberries, pineapple (I stick to bananas, less acidic red/sweet apples, melon, pears usually). I can only have very small portions of cheese at a time
I really wanted to get natural Greek yoghurt to work for me but regretting trying it again...on a good note Arla protein yoghurts in a tub have changed from quark to yoghurt (had them as a tesco substitute for the pouches) and they are much nicer than before.
