We have all been on for over a year now

Last month the year before , we gathered our courage and started what would be a memorable journey for us all - made some hopefully forever friends

Gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly so be proud of yourselves

The amount of weight per person lost varies from 1-2stone - 3-4 - 5-6 - 7+
in a year

We are amazing !!!

All of us have totally changed our body shape - reduced our bmi and weight and hopefully improved our health

Some are at goal - and working out how to maintain - some nearing it
And some still have weight they want to lose

We are still here cheering you on till you get to your happy weight so please do carry on posting

Some have stopped for cost - esp after the aug announcements - still so thankful we started it when we did

Imagine Aug 25 and being told 2/3w later prices were increasing lots - I def couldn’t have managed a year of mj at new sept prices esp as doses didn’t really effect me even 15 !

Blowing baby dust your way to those who are ttc

ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives

This year will almost be harder. To keep the weight off Esp if reducing dose or off completely

Feckin hell @Blondeshavemorefun how big is your fridge 😆

Why ? Only have 2 in there

so if /when curate /pharma and Ousch send theirs .,,,,.

if they do - will have 5 but as many say don’t have on stock I think it will take a few weeks by which time I will be on no 1

I was reading an article about MJ and motivation and mood. People saying that since they’ve been taking it they’ve found it hard to be motivated to do things. Have people found that? I think I’ve been on it too long to really know now!

YES - in bucket loads! I'd say the last 3 or 4 months have been worse for me. I think at first when I could 'see' I was losing weight, I was excited and raring to go. I was enjoying clothes again as I got smaller.

These days I just can't be arsed with much at all. Dining out, clothes, holidays .... All meh. (I think the lack of interest in holidays is more due to my skin cancer scare as I've not spent much time in the sun at all this year).

I'm looking forward to being off it now tbh as I hope this crappy feeling will knob off - but I am worried about the hunger/weight gain.

morbidcuriosity · 01/09/2025 22:14

Ive put my pens all in the 1 box in the fridge. now reading more and seeing more prices coming out, i think i will be moving away from Oushk too.. but don't need to order for couple months now.. ill keep the boxes as proof, and hopefully by then I've managed to get down to 7.5 and feel ok on that.. I like the 10 though, would of loved to stay on that for much longer.

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/09/2025 22:16

No I haven’t found it effects my mood

Timetofindme · 01/09/2025 22:42

@WorriedRelative I managed to get a pen from oushk (as in next not buying loads). Had to wait ages for delivery- due to be tomorrow - realised I've not had dispatch emails and they've rescheduled it to when I'm away and won't be around for days to take the delivery. Brilliant! So had to reschedule the rescheduled delivery, they've not even acknowledged or apologised and I'm not impressed!

I'm feeling really unmotivated to do anything at the moment, but that might just be work stress. When I first started taking MJ it was the opposite - felt so buoyant. Now I see a pile of work stacking up and can't get the smallest thing ticked off the list some days. Another reason why I'd like to wean off sooner rather than later. I want to know what feelings are mine and what's the medication.

Place marking

FurForksSake · 01/09/2025 23:17

My worst is the dry mouth which has got so bad recently. I’d hoped it would pass but if anything it’s getting worse.

it’s interesting how it affects everyone slightly differently. I get really intolerable a day or two after injecting sometimes.

Well very very impressed with pharmalous. They have verified me with driving license and full length pic and proof of pen. and approved my order and said ready to dispatch - so be interesting when I get it

no hassle or video call and I just emailed and they replied straight back

so anyone wanting a pen , esp as lower cost than ousck/iq/curate and happy with my of 23 or higher for maintenance go and use them

OP posts:
morbidcuriosity · 02/09/2025 01:43

Sounds good @Blondeshavemorefun . What strength you get and how much? .
The video calls are what I want to avoid, don't like them.

WitchDancer · 02/09/2025 09:05

Morning all!

I still lurking and watching with interest how everyone is getting on. I’m completely off MJ now because of costs and the food noise is definitely back. I have put 11lb back on, which I am very ashamed of, but plan to really knuckle down and be a lot stricter with what food I have in the house.

My boys are coming tonight so I might send them home with all the stuff I have in the house that I really don’t want to eat but can’t bear to throw away as it’s wasteful.

I start a second job on Thursday so hopefully I won’t have time to snack, plus it’s more active than my office job. I’m hoping a new routine will help and I can crack on and loose the 2 stone 11lb I have to get to my target 🤞

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/09/2025 09:22

7.5 for £214 with free postage

as you can see from my search they and medicine marketplace are the cheapest out of curate iq and Ousch by a fair chunk

Ithinkimrincewind · 03/09/2025 06:13

Hi, thanks for all the advice on pricing. Im not sure I can move over if I want to keep maintaining as my bmi is the low end of healthy. Luckily I got 2 pens from oushk on old prices and with discount so im sorted for a bit.
Does anyone else look back and can't quite believe how different they feel now (including a good way 😂) I can buy normal sized clothes and am happy to try new things. I do feel sorry for those who were starting now, I couldn't have justified those prices

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/09/2025 11:46

How low @Ithinkimrincewind?

annoyed but not - missed pharmolous pen delivery today. Bloody Royal Mail wouldn’t leave it. Said needed a signature ffs

annoyed they didn’t leave but impressed how quick P have been me applying to them to them approving /sending - literally all in a few days

luckily raining and cold so pen will be ok and they will try Tom

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/09/2025 12:04

Just back from juniper again. Offering me a £60 to use when I want off next one. I said I didn’t want to commit to 6mths and buy as and when

and he said you can. I said they need to make that clear on the website as looks like you are tied into 6mths unless cancel

but happy with that so I will use them again as quick service and delivery - just as long as the £60 off is cheaper then pharmolous or any other 😂
