Managed to shift a pound this week after stalling for about 3 weeks. Think going up half a dose (6.25 to 7.5) definitely made a difference. Must have been on 6.25 too long, worked out it was about 12 weeks.
Suppression is better, was just feeling a bit peckish at 11am and thought, hmm, it's a bit early for lunch then remembered I hadn't had breakfast yet, oops!
Anyone else drowning in clothes? Got 2 black bin bags of 'thin clothes' down from the loft, most of which I'd forgotten I had, or assumed had already got rid of. Only some of them fit, and now struggling to find wardrobe space. Am definitely not putting any clothes back in the loft so due a big clear out!
Complicated though trying to do seasonal wardrobe when everything is different sizes :S
