Good morning everyone. After two weeks of no losses I am down 2lbs this week 😊 Officially down 3 and a half stone. Next I want to get into the 10st bracket!

SW: 14st 10lbs
CW: 11st 3lbs
GW: 10st

MrJollyLivesNextDoor · 15/02/2026 18:38

Hello 👋

I was convinced I would not lose this week but 1lb off at today’s weigh in. A nice surprise as I ate way too much Toffifee last week (wish Tesco wouldn’t put them on offer!)

Week 27 so that’s 3st 2lb in the last 6 months, I would love to lose another half stone by end of May (holiday 🏖️) but tbh if I stayed at this weight I could live with it!

good evening everyone,

weighed myself tonight and no change, I really cannot be unhappy with that considering we had a huge Chinese the other night and we’ve eaten out at restaurants the last 3 nights in a row with birthdays and such.

my mum is over and her and my husband phoned for an Indian, I got pakora then called and cancelled I just felt so guilty lol. I still like to have a treat but feel I’ve take the p**s this week already, im surprised I’m not 5lbs heavier.

so im just now going to go for a bath and have an early night while everyone has their takeaway lol.

to be honest, injection day is Monday and I feel like I may have just injected water this week. I’ve been ravenous all week and snacked on crisps and chocolate as well (it was my 30th and I got A LOT of chocolates lol)

here’s to injection day tomorrow and hopefully better suppression.

We are a quiet bunch!! Still only on thread 2 😄

1.5lb gone, that's now 43lb gone and another 46 to go!

sausagesandwiches · 16/02/2026 16:59

Sneaks quietly back in…

54lb down

would love to get to 85 down (eventually)

I’ve been trying out lots of different forms of exercise since Christmas trying to find something I click with

have to say I’m enjoying trying stuff but haven’t found anything I think I can make a habit out of yet though

nsv this week though -so work friends have invited me go-karting
and I agreed
and I have every intention of going because for once I’m not concerned that I won’t fit —oh the shame—

AsteriaBuffy · 18/02/2026 12:36

Hi all!
Not much to report, plodding on and averaging 0.8lbs a week off. Which is fine, if slow! On the bright side no side effects, it's all quite easy.

Same breakfast every morning - a mix of collagen powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, fruit kefir. Topped with sugar free museli and bit of oat milk. Magnesium tablets every day or constipation sets in.

I don't usually have lunch but snack on nuts, fruit and sometimes a bit of choc.
Dinner usually something like modest portion of curry and less modest portion of wine, and a bit more choc - hence slow loss I guess! Only exercise is brisk walking, though am trying to get the yoga mat out more often.

Sticking with 6.25mg from a 7.5mg pen, which stretches it out for 5 - 6 weeks.
SW 14st 7lbs (though was sometimes a bit more)
CW 12st 13lbs
GW 11st

AsteriaBuffy · 18/02/2026 12:39

Forgot to say most of the weight seems to be coming off my top half. So a couple of sizes down in tops, and my face looks thinner.

Yesterday tried on my size 20 jeans and was irritated that they were not hanging off me by any means, hmf. Not tight, but frankly not all that loose, or flattering either. Might just ditch all my size 20 jeans as they weren't comfy or flattering before anyway.

reluctantbrit · 18/02/2026 13:07

I am stuck at 78.5kg for the last 2.5 weeks, I hope it starts shifing again. I am also hungry.
I need to order a new pen but I really want to stick to the 5mg. I give it a day or two to mull over the options.

I ordered new jeggings from M&S as my size 18 ones are really loose. The size 16 ones are tight as hell. I know they will loose quickly but I hate the squeezed in look.
My old size 16 Joules jeans from for 6 years ago is now nearly falling off. Can't the shops not please be more consistent?

SkinnyOatFlatWhiteForMePlease · 19/02/2026 10:33

I am currently debating moving up a dose, been on 5 since December and prior to that 4, and 2.5 - will be 30 weeks in total this week. Thinking of moving up to 6 to transition.

Looking to switch pharmacy again as Medexpress want over £255 for 7.5 including shipping. Any recommendations?

I'm using WePrescribe - 7.5 is listed as £239.99 but they always give 10% off for repeat customers and free standard delivery. I think the intro discount would be bigger - Monj is saying they give £40 ish off for new orders.
They are always very quick and ordering process not too onerous.

4lb off this week which makes up for not losing last week. Suppression is not as strong but I don't want to move up to 10mg so going to stick with 7.5mg for the time being.

SW 18st 8lb
CW 14st 9lb
7.5mg
1 more lb to go to hit 4st off which seems so surreal saying that. No goal weight in mind still but setting short term goals instead. I wanted to hit 4st by end of Feb so fingers crossed I will. Next goal is to hit the 13st brackets by April.

TheArtfulCrow · 21/02/2026 08:36

Another 2lbs off this week, two weeks in a row now after a two week stall. Stick with it everyone if you have a stall, even if it is disheartening. I'm very close to breaking into the 10st bracket for the first time in nearly 20 years.

Hi! Very quietly sneaking back in…

SW pre WLI: 15 st 7lb (May 2024)
SW with WLI 13 st 12lb (Aug 2025)
CW 9 st 7lb

I’ve hit goal for me, I don’t want to go any lower. Really nervous about maintenance. I’ve been going to the gym at least 3 times a week since August and have now had a couple of sessions with a PT. I’m trying to carefully up calories and get daily movement in. We’ve overhauled the way we eat as a family due to having health conditions diagnosed not me).

I’m stalking the maintenance threads on both here and Reddit, but would be grateful for any advice and support here as well!

Huge congrats to everyone, we’ve made phenomenal progress as a group!

LaGioiosanotLeviosa · 22/02/2026 18:40

Has anyone else found that now they’ve hit the 6 month on MJ mark that it’s so much harder? I’m definitely not losing like I was or finding it as effortless despite doing all the things I need to do.
Cant move up a dose so got to slog it out on 7.5 still. Lost three stone nearly and at healthy bmi but easily got a stone or more to go.

LnicMJ · 22/02/2026 20:45

Well done @Gingermidgetfor reaching GW! You've done so well, did you find the last 1/2 stone hard?
Im in the same boat as @LaGioiosanotLeviosai also started August and hovering around the 10st 2-3lbs mark. I would like to lose another half a stone really as a buffer but didn't think id get down to where i am, thats a 3st 2lb loss which is amazing. My family don't really want me to lose much more and I do agree but was hoping for the extra buffer to help support me coming off.
I am also at gym 3 times a week to try and keep muscle whilst losing weight.
Going to try 5ml at 10 day intervals to see how hunger is....
Weigh day tomorrow and think i'll of stayed the same but when I do lose its slow and steady now x

NeedSleepNow · 23/02/2026 00:53

I'm at a similar point @LaGioiosanotLeviosa . I've lost 50 pounds now and am officially at a healthy bmi but would like to lose another stone if I can but I'm finding the weight loss very slow now, suppression is a lot lower than it was but I don't want to move up a dose to 10mg as I get quite bad nausea still for the first few days after injecting. I've not had any time to exercise so I think I really need to focus on that as well as eating a bit better again (I've been in the middle of a house move so quick, easy, premade meals have been a staple recently rather than homecooked healthy options)

MrJollyLivesNextDoor · 23/02/2026 07:01

@Gingermidget Well done that’s brilliant 👏 please keep updating as I am interested to know how maintenance goes!

I have 3 pens left and taking 10 doses from each so have enough to last well past the summer - the last pen is a 2.5 so I will be dropping to 1.25 at the end.

I agree it feels really slow going now although 0.5-1lb per week is still a loss and would be expected and applauded from a ‘conventional’ diet. 1lb off this week, total to date 3st 3lb.

I need to think about adding weight training to the treadmill/rowing sessions but will have to do it at home as I have zero motivation to pay and go to the gym…

Well done @Gingermidget !! That's amazing, hope maintenance goes ok - please stay on the thread!

2lb down this week, i had a two week stall at the end of Jan and then the last 3 weeks have been much better when i moved on to 7.5.

Lost so far = 45lb, "only" another 33lb to go!

LaGioiosanotLeviosa · 23/02/2026 13:23

Interesting that there’s been a few stalls for people recently and just feeing like it’s a bit harder. I need to jus tell myself it’s a phase and not to panic that I won’t lose anymore weight (or start regaining).
Definitely a bit of mind over matter maybe to push past this bit?

LaGioiosanotLeviosa · 26/02/2026 10:00

So after my last post it’s weigh day today and I’ve lost 2.5lbs which is whopping!
I didn’t weigh last week as half term and we were away so more alcohol and rich foods. I was determined not to set foot on the scales until today to allow several days of clean eating to reset and not get me down.
I think I will always do this after holidays from now on, get straight back on healthy eating and not let it drag out like in the past. And wait a week before I weigh.

Wellfuckme · 27/02/2026 07:44

Another 2lb off but its definitely getting harder and the food noise is coming back.

SW 18st 8lb
CW 14st 7lb
7.5mg pen

NSV - had to have BP taken this week and they didn't need to swap to the larger cuff size. It also didn't hurt as much. Have bought some new T-shirts for my holiday XL size (guessed the size) and these are very loose fitting, more than I thought.

I still don't know what to do about my holiday as I don't want to take a pen with me but don't want to risk Amy side effects of missing a week at 7.5mg.

4st off now so my next goal is to be in the 13st bracket for Easter.

Warmcupoftea · 27/02/2026 08:07

Well done everyone for just sticking at it! The scales are finally moving again for me after over six weeks on a plateau.

sfraxx · 27/02/2026 10:26

Good morning,

I had hit a stall for the last 2 weeks, but stood on the scales this morning and finally hit goal of 9st11. Which takes me to 4st loss!! I can’t believe it. I remember starting thinking I only had 3st to lose. But I’m still not in a healthy bmi bracket. Next goal is 9st4 which has me a bmi of 24.
I feel that the closer I get the harder it is to lose now, maybe getting 1-2lbs per fortnight now, but still having huge suppression/side effects so definitely do not want to move up.
Im only 5ft1.5 so not sure if the closer I get the harder it is as im already on so little calories due to my height.
Ive gone from a 16/18 to a 10 though and it feels great going out to buy clothes now, I no longer dread it.

SW before MJ - 13st11

Pumpernickelbrakes · 27/02/2026 14:12

Congrats on the losses everyone! Look how far we have come!

I have stalled for a few weeks, and that’s probably because I have regained interest in wine after five months being not at all interested in it, have been very busy doing a lot of exhausting solo DIY and some days have barely eaten much and other days eaten quite a lot, stopped being as bothered about being perfect and gym sessions have declined because I’ve been so busy and active redecorating.

anyway scales shifted again today and I’m down 45lbs and have lost 23% of my body weight from when I started which is great.

my goal weight is about ten pounds away but I’m feeling quite good as I am and am more focused on being lean and strong than a particular weight, have upped calories to 1500-1650 on very active days instead of 1200-1400 and that has stopped me feeling dizzy.

sleep is a bit crap, and water intake has slipped and I notice that really slows my weight loss.

7.5mg wasn’t quite working but felt 10mg was a bit too much so am doing 50 clicks of a ten pen and taking 8.3mg which feels about right.

SW 195 lb
CW 149.7 lb
GW ??? somewhere about 135-140lb 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyway check out my bathroom transformation, including painstaking restoration of shitty crumbling cabinets
