I'm just starting week 19 or 20 I think, I'm losing track now! It's my second week on 7.5mg and I've not had any side effects at this dose yet. Supression is a little lower than I had hoped for and I've found the last week or so a struggle to avoid all of the biscuits and chocolates people have brought in to work. I suppose long term it's better if I'm having to use a bit of willpower.
SW : 210 lbs /15 stone
CW: 170lb / 12st 2lb
GW: 147lb / 10st 7lb
I'm happy with my progress, I'm starting to really notice the difference and recently a couple of people I hadn't seen for a while commented on how well I was looking. I'm dissapointed my large old jeans still fit and I haven't needed to buy smaller ones yet though!
I'm still on a 7 day schedule, I think once I get to goal weight I'll increase the days between jabs and then start to decrease the doses. I'm hoping it doesn't take too much longer to get there as I don't know how much longer I can afford it for. what are other people planning to do about maintenance once at goal, are you planning to stay on a low dose for a long time or stop completely?
