Done 4 doses on 7.5 (did 9 weeks on 2.5, 4 weeks on 5, 4 weeks on 7.5) and not sure what pen to order (will do ‘golden dose’ this coming Sunday). Thinking to stay on 7.5. I am more hungry than I was at the beginning and weight loss has slowed, but I think being a bit hungry is not a terrible idea. I have ‘only’ lost 1.5 kilos in the 3 weeks on 7.5 so far but I’ve also not been exercising as I got that horrible lurgy a few weeks ago and was out for the count for a while. I don’t seem to have lost much, if any, muscle. I’ve lost 1.5 dress sizes and trying not to buy any clothes as figure I’ve got another size to go although it’s getting challenging to put work outfits together!
I am very lucky with side effects I think. Had pretty much no nausea, a little bit of burping but nothing to write home about. Constipation manageable with eating sensibly (overnight oats w chia and flax seeds work wonders!).
Interesting side effect is my skin is much better - used to be have definite redness in my face but it’s gone down dramatically. I assume a reduced level of inflammation. More energy but that’s probably the weight loss.
