Hello hello hello hello, sorry for the radio silence, and hopefully I've not missed anything big. Hope you're all doing well.
I'm now down to the golden dose of pen number two, and I have two more 2.5mg pens in the fridge following the pre-September ordering thing. However, I've just ordered another at 5mg. I've stalled, and tbf it's a mixture of less exercise now I'm back at my desk and the hunger creeping back in. I've not been going mad, certainly not binging etc, but there's been more snacks and things which was the biggest issue. I've not gained but just stayed still.
Now I'm in a position where I'm thinking, do I hold onto the 2.5mg pens and use them to tirate down... and go straight in for the 5mg pen, OR continue rocking along on the 2.5mg, use them up and then go to the 5mg.
Not really sure what to do? I wanted to stay as low as I could for as long as I could and my husband was really like "only do it for three months..." well, I'm down but I"m not quite where I want to be yet... ARgh hard to decide.
