For anyone who would like a calmer place to share support and information about the price increases.

Just had my approval email from Chemist4U for a two pen bundle (2.5mg and 5mg) so at least I know I have some on the way. They seem to think I am a new starter but that's fine by me.

I'm still waiting for my Asda (already a customer) order to be approved. I'm not stockpiling it's just my usual order but I'm worried if they reject it I'll have e to Scrabble about trying to place an order somewhere else by the end of the month. Am also debating placing an order somewhere else so I'll have 2 months supply but then worried about the gap in ordering as I jump around pharmacies at the moment to save money as my BMI is still 34

I got my Asda order approved after about 5 days. When did you order?

I received this message from Asda yesterday
I placed my order last Thursday evening. So I'm sure you will be ok.

Thursday night. I had an email to say it will be looked at by tomorrow but I'm impatient 😂

I ordered from Asda on Thursday and it arrived this morning. 5mg though - they did say they were having issues with 10mg and over.

So many of us are going to have gaps due to ordering multiples and/or repeat dosing from higher dose pens, that I think they'll have to find a way to handle it. I've seen at least one pharmacy say they'll accept photos/screenshots of previous multiple orders. I'd imagine as long as you can evidence a continual supply then it'll be OK.

Ordered from medicine market place for the first time on Thursday, it's been dispatched today. I did wonder if it'd get cancelled but it hasn't.

I don't think a reputable pharmacy should be doing that as it's against all.the guidelines

I ordered Friday so hopefully that means they’re catching up and mine won’t be long!

That would be even more dodgy than using a pen longer than it’s 30 days!

thats good! I ordered on Thurs and haven’t heard anything. Although I rang them to check yesterday and they said they just had lots of orders, but plenty of stock.

What dose did you order? I wonder whether mine went though quicker because I was ordering what is basically a starter pack, rather than a higher dose.

Still no update from Lotus despite their auto response suggesting 2 working hours! I’m also having cold feet about ordering the higher dose so have just ordered a 7.5 from e-surgery which I’d never heard of but currently cheapest on Monj!

I ordered a 3 pen bundle - 7.5, 10 and 12.5, so yes it might be the higher dose.

My update from Cloud hasn't arrived either, since yesterday, but I'm sure it's all part of them being overwhelmed at the moment. Everything is taking longer, but they just haven't updated the standard email.

Yes, but if you look at their website you will see that Healand very, very carefully do not say that it is actually Mounjaro...

It will be some of that Chinese powder that you mix with water that all the beauticians are selling to the gullible. The powder that contains insulin and detergent and god knows what. You can have it at the same time as your fake Botox injections, the ones that cause actual botulism.

@IrisPallida True they don’t, The OP did say it was Mounjaro so presumably they told her that’s what it was although “they were clear that this is not a currently prescribed route so any risks are on me” is a massive a red flag

Due to this exceptional volume, our primary pharmacy, CloudRx, has informed us that they have reached their processing capacity. As such, some orders have been sent to our trusted partner pharmacy, SignatureRX, to fulfill.

While this may cause a small delay, we want to assure you that all confirmed orders will be fulfilled. You will receive the exact same brand name product: Mounjaro, manufactured by Eli Lilly. SignatureRX is a larger company and they have plenty of Mounjaro stock to handle the increased demand.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via email. We expect those who have not yet received tracking information to receive it in the next 1-2 days.

For Patients with Bundle Orders

We have been informed that for some patients who placed a bundle order, one of the pens may have been dispatched by CloudRx before they reached capacity. As above, the remainder of your order has been sent directly to and will be fulfilled by SignatureRX.

Holiday & Delivery Concerns

Some customers have advised that they are leaving for holiday soon and are concerned about missing their delivery. Should you wish to delay delivery, we can place your order on hold until you return. However, please be aware that we would need to dispatch your order before the 1st September price change takes effect.

Please also note that we are still limiting orders to existing customers only at this time, with a 4-pen limit per customer.
