Just had my approval email from Chemist4U for a two pen bundle (2.5mg and 5mg) so at least I know I have some on the way. They seem to think I am a new starter but that's fine by me.

I'm still waiting for my Asda (already a customer) order to be approved. I'm not stockpiling it's just my usual order but I'm worried if they reject it I'll have e to Scrabble about trying to place an order somewhere else by the end of the month. Am also debating placing an order somewhere else so I'll have 2 months supply but then worried about the gap in ordering as I jump around pharmacies at the moment to save money as my BMI is still 34

I ordered from Asda on Thursday and it arrived this morning. 5mg though - they did say they were having issues with 10mg and over.

So many of us are going to have gaps due to ordering multiples and/or repeat dosing from higher dose pens, that I think they'll have to find a way to handle it. I've seen at least one pharmacy say they'll accept photos/screenshots of previous multiple orders. I'd imagine as long as you can evidence a continual supply then it'll be OK.

I get mine from local pharmacy and they inject me as I don’t like needles. They advised buying 4x 15 pens now with a view to continuing with 7.5 so that would give me 8 months by which time I will have hopefully shifted the weight.
Its prohibitively expensive now so frustrating that the goal
posts have changed when everyone doing well with it.

I don't think a reputable pharmacy should be doing that as it's against all.the guidelines

I’m speculating here, but if the Pharmacy has a number of clients that they inject, perhaps they use a single vial for multiple clients?

It’s still not good practice. But I for me comes under shocked but not surprised.

That would be even more dodgy than using a pen longer than it’s 30 days!

Still no update from Lotus despite their auto response suggesting 2 working hours! I’m also having cold feet about ordering the higher dose so have just ordered a 7.5 from e-surgery which I’d never heard of but currently cheapest on Monj!

I ordered a 3 pen bundle - 7.5, 10 and 12.5, so yes it might be the higher dose.

My update from Cloud hasn't arrived either, since yesterday, but I'm sure it's all part of them being overwhelmed at the moment. Everything is taking longer, but they just haven't updated the standard email.

@QueenOfHiraeth It is shocking, There was a thread started on here not long ago about microdosing. The op said it was Healand clinic she was using and said “I called clinic and am 2 weeks in, just moved to 2mg. get send exact doses so no clicking of pens, just inject the amount in the needle.
I had a look online to be nosey & it’s clearly advertised on their website & prices start at £175. I can’t believe they get away with it.

Yes, but if you look at their website you will see that Healand very, very carefully do not say that it is actually Mounjaro...

It will be some of that Chinese powder that you mix with water that all the beauticians are selling to the gullible. The powder that contains insulin and detergent and god knows what. You can have it at the same time as your fake Botox injections, the ones that cause actual botulism.

@IrisPallida True they don’t, The OP did say it was Mounjaro so presumably they told her that’s what it was although “they were clear that this is not a currently prescribed route so any risks are on me” is a massive a red flag

While this may cause a small delay, we want to assure you that all confirmed orders will be fulfilled. You will receive the exact same brand name product: Mounjaro, manufactured by Eli Lilly. SignatureRX is a larger company and they have plenty of Mounjaro stock to handle the increased demand.

For Patients with Bundle Orders
