official weigh in day today and my 3lb stayed off plus a tiny bit more. Less than a lb off 3.5 stone now which is ok in 7 months in my 50s I think. 6lb to go til I’m overweight, 4 doses including bonus (technically 3 as did one at midnight last night but you know what I mean). Not gonna lie, would love to do it on this pen.

still in the dark with my order. Lots of looking online plus a thread here shows I am not the only one with my provider and when people have called it’s ‘sit tight, it’s on its way’. I may try to call today but by all accounts lots of hanging around on hold - my job involves pretty much b2b calls and meetings and I can’t just jump off them so we’ll see.

hopefully I can finish on time and then have a swim tonight. I love lake swimming in the evening and have to get them in before the weather turns…..

10 days since my last jab, levels at 1.88mg, and in starting to wonder what effect that can be having in my system. But will jab today and continue.

@PenelopePerseveres me too. I have resorted to kefir and biomel the last two days, which has made a difference. Focus is on improving my gut health in the hope the change will come to the rest of it.

Thank you @myladyjane . I’ve had to take pills that cause constipation this week so I know what’s made it worse. Of course I haven’t lost weight … but I expect I will eventually.

I’ve been cancelling unnecessary subscriptions this morning ahead of what I hope will be semi-retirement so I’m not sure I’ll be able to justify the cost going forward. I will have lots of time to walk/yoga/pilates though so hope to continue my ⬇weight loss journey.

@myladyjane I've also got the taste for lake swimming. Particularly on a Friday to wash away work.

We're off for the weekend shortly for my husband's bday weekend. It's not got off to a good start this morning after a disagreement last night mainly induced from my stress levels from work. I'm sure we'll make friends shortly and set off with excitement, but currently I'm sitting here in my hoodie, grumping. I love him dearly, and it's not serious, but it's so annoying.

Maintenance/Final adjustment weigh in and I’ve lost 0.2lbs taking me to 8st 13.6 or 56.97kg so after the week I’ve had I’m quite pleased.

friend of mine was just telling me that her academic son had gotten a really bad grade in the local equivalent of GCSEs, 5 out of 20 in history. He was devastated, didn't understand what happened, thought he did OK. Parents disappointed of course. Summer ruined.
School called a few weeks later and said that there had been a general marking error for that exam and many kids had received incorrect marks, he actually got 16 out of 20. Oops. Poor kid.

@Jins congratulations! 8 stone! Not that this tells me much, I think in kg, but must be nice to see.

loss this week - 1kg. I had sts last week, so now seem to be in this cycle of little to no movement one week followed by a hefty loss the following week.

AND my metabolic age is now 50 - 1 year younger than my actual age! 😁 delighted by that

oh and we survived the party with just a few wranglings over the finish time and a few random teens asleep on our sofas this morning. 😁

Just catching up and want to say congratulations to all the DC that got the exam results they wanted/needed. Sorry about your DS @DGonMJ ; from our older and wiser position, we know it's not the end of the world and just a possible fork in the path, but at their tender age it seems like everything. Hope he finds a way though 🤞

Glad you survived the birthday party @MJalltheway ! Still feel guilty that DS2 didn't get a proper 18th like DS1, but as @Jins said, another house party was out of the question, and he chose the bribe money option instead!

AND I just went into M&S to get some jeans and I’m a size 12! A 12!!!! I’ve never in living memory ever been a 12!!!
