Went back to my PT yesterday after nearly two years! He commented on my lack of butt (and my weight loss obvs) and we had a healthy discussion about the use of WLI. I think he learnt some things...not sure I did 🤣

Due to jab today, but going to push to tomorrow. My suppression seems to be higher later in the week.
I noticed Shotsy now tracks average calorie intake and looking at mine (I was religious at tracking until June when I forced myself to stop) I averaged 943 cals in that six months. Given I lost at an average of 1.7lbs per week that shows how shockingly little calories my body needs to maintain. So I need to get back on the weights so I can eat more.
Anyone else do shotsy and taken a look at that?
At a guess (working out in my head) I am now eating around 1300-1500 cals a day and maintaining.
