After my dizziness and lightheadedness last week I’m trying to make sure I eat at least 1200 calories. I swam a km at 7 yesterday morning, and went for a 6 mile hilly walk with a friend in the afternoon. Gym induction today. I think I’m going to try to up my calories over the next few weeks as I increase exercise, I’m
also definitely feeling hungrier but a bit clueless about maintenance, I need to get my head in the right place! I would like to lose another 5 pounds I think but happier ( kind of 🤣) if that’s a bit slower.
