I've lost more than 15 kilos. I have a 15 kilo weight at home, it's bloody heavy! Can't really imagine going about my day while carrying that weight.
Which would explain why I am suddenly burning a lot fewer calories in my fitness classes. Before, I burned around 500 per Bodypump class. Now 300 something, consistently. I was puzzled - I use the same weights, I do the same exercises, how come? But of course I actually lift 15 kilos less.
