@Fuelledbylatte I jabbed 2 days early and it was a bit of a shocker with SEs - I'd have had to jab 3 days late otherwise, so probably would have been better to go later. If you're only going to be 1 day late, I'd do that.
Feeling much better today though - in spite the awful nausea, I ate a decent dinner yesterday, went to bed early and slept really, really well. The weight gain from last week's long weekend away is coming back off again, which is good. Not felt up for exercise, I was going to walk home from work but felt too sick.
About to fly - but unusually for me, I didn't load up on a full English in the airport lounge, just had a small croissant and an apple. Fly days are danger days for me (I do the London/NY trip a lot) - its very easy to eat 5 meals if you do both plane meals and then eat again when you get to NY. So I'm going to have the first meal they serve and have that as lunch, and then eat dinner in NY, skipping the pre-landing meal (which is a shame because it's like a cream tea!).
I've already looked at the menu for where we're eating tonight, and chosen what looks like a nice mixed leaf and globe artichoke salad for my starter (will ask them to leave the dressing off and just give me a lemon to squeeze over it instead), and then moules mariniere for my main, without the fries or any bread. So I won't panic when we sit down and menus arrive!
Bloody freezing though, and airplanes are always on the cold side for me, so I've got a really thick jumper on and will get the duvet over me as soon as I can!
