New thread for all of us.

Thank you for allowing me to rant, share our ups and downs. Our group blows my mind of how we are so supportive of each other.

I do have an "office" job but one day I have to see people coming into the office so am up and down the stairs several times. The main thing though it's I have quite a crazy garden, plus animals to look after so I'm shovelling shit every day , feeding, mucking/cleaning out etc. I'm sure it helps.

first jab for week 9 today. Haven’t reordered yet as not sure whether to go up to 7.5.
it seems like this bit might be a plateau from what I’ve read for others, so trying to be patient.

terrible day at work but am trying to walk it off in the park rather than wine and crisps. Did have a cheese sandwich (with brown thins not bread) tho!

Whoops I’ve messed up, I usually jab on a Tuesday but I forgot to reorder until just a moment ago and now it’s not going to be ready until Thursday, but I’ll be away from Wednesday until Monday doh!

looks like I’ll be skipping a week - has anybody done this? Anything I should be aware of?

alternative is I could try and extract the last bits from the pen but not sure how to do that?

what would you do?

@Outsidebeanshopyou can golden dose from the pen it’s far less scary than you think I’ve put what I ordered below it is marked as a sensitive photo for some reason

Weigh In 8 and I lost another 2lbs, taking my overall loss to -29lb (2.5mg=20lb & 5mg=9lb).

I’ve moved up to 7.5mg as suppression was wearing off fast, during the last 2 weeks on 5mg. First dose was Friday, and suppression is excellent, food noise still quiet.

SW 115 kg/ 18,1 st
CW 104.4 / 16.4 st
GW 11-12 st

Loss this week 0.5 lb
total loss 10.6 kg / 23.5 lb

I was down 2 lb yesterday but then after dinner and drinks out last night gained 1.5 lb water weight overnight

next jab tonight after 6 days and doing 6,25 mg
