New thread for all of us.

Thank you for allowing me to rant, share our ups and downs. Our group blows my mind of how we are so supportive of each other.

Taken my 7.5ml, let’s see if I get any SE.

Can anyone advise me what company offer maintenance. I still have 1st 9lbs to get to my goal, this could change as I get nearer to target.

Good luck and keep us posted on SE and suppression

I've heard that oushk are good for maintenance although I haven't used them personally I'm a long way off maintenance my BMI is still 37 but down from 40 woohoo!

That is amazing to have changed your BMI so quickly.

I have not checked mine in ages, well since I started MJ.

You inspired me to check my BMI I was 31.4 and now 26.8.

Oh my god, also @soupforbrains said I was being hard on myself today and I think they were right, I have been hard on myself because I hate/hated the way I look, when I look in the mirror, I can only see small changes in my body, and I thought I would look better now, I will keep going.

I love this thread, the positivity, the support has been outstanding and no one judges each other.

We will get to the place we want for ourselves, and become healthier and happier.

Oushk will go down to a BMI of 22 for maintenance as long as you’ve already been using MJ (and can prove with boxes etc)
They say any lower than BMi 22 and they’ll consider it on a case by case basis (I emailed them)

TheBossOfMe · 25/04/2025 16:25

That's amazing @TheSpoonyNavyReader

saxonyv · 25/04/2025 16:26

I will say also when I emailed they got back to me within a few hours so the customer service seems good too,

soupforbrains · 25/04/2025 16:36

I feel like collectively we need some group mantras. Not trying to make us a cult or anything but;

  1. BE KIND TO YOURSELF
  2. Food is food. Not a moral choice.
  3. Eating unhealthy food does not constitute a ‘failure’
  4. Daily weight will fluctuate for all sorts of reasons. An ‘up’ is not a big deal look at your overall trends.
  5. MJ is only helping you. YOU are still the one choosing the right foods and eating less/moving more etc. YOU have put the effort in, YOU are earning this.
  6. BE KIND TO YOURSELF
  7. SERIOUSLY. PLEASE. JUST GIVE YOURSELF A DAMN BREAK.
soupforbrains · 25/04/2025 16:38

Oh also @TheSpoonyNavyReaderLloyds online pharmacy do maintenance. My cousin hit her target with them in October and they’ve happily kept her on a maintenance dose ever since.

I’m fuming at medexpress stayed with them as said would refund difference if I ordered 5mg first now say they won’t ! Could’ve got it at least £30 cheaper 😳
anyone else had this happen ?

Yep they did it to me, and they get out of it by saying they do not match with codes or offers.

They were also really slow in delivering my pen last time.

I won’t be going with them again ! And they’ve charged me £159.99 when their website says £149.99
I even rang them & they told me what to do I’m going to put a scathing review on

I had a faff with them when I first joined over a discount code, ended up using blue light, but ordered last week and by yesterday they still hadn’t despatched, I cancelled my order and emailed for a refund and ordered elsewhere.
The customer service is really hit or miss I think!

@soupforbrains
Sign me up for the cult!
love the mantra - especially ‘food is not a moral choice’ that has been floating around my brain all day ❤️

Yes, they did the same to me. I found another supplier on monj for £129 full price, without discount code. Emailed med express as theirs was £149. They asked for screenshot etc, then said they would refund the difference. After I paid, the order was despatched. Then medexpress refused the refund, despite me sending them legit screenshots and web address. I'll be ordering elsewhere for my next pen. I'm not looking forward to the faff of changing supplier, but I've had poor support from medexpress and now this. I'm thinking of going with Oushk or iQ doctor.

Justformounjaro · 25/04/2025 18:45

I read Farmeci also do maintenance. I bought my first pen there are it was a really smooth process (although I did have to upload a video which some people may baulk at). IQ Doctor were also very prompt.

Christmashope19 · 25/04/2025 18:57

You need one and a half dose so 0.6ml + 0.3ml or 60 clicks + 30 clicks.

TheSpoonyNavyReader · 25/04/2025 20:09

Just want to give anyone starting 7.5ml.

Whatever you do, do not eat Sushi before you jab. The burps are terrible and every time I burp it feels like I am eating the Sushi again, oh and the smell.

You are welcome

So I would prime pen as normal 2 clicks
then 60 clicks
then prime again
then 30 clicks is that right?
does it then go back to 0 ready for next dose? X

Edited

This happened to me a couple of times and likelihood is that you didn’t loose much of the liquid and just have to wait for the next dose.

after it happened twice, I now sit and do it and no issues at all since doing that

(I only inject in belly)

Overjiggly · 25/04/2025 20:27

Checking in for weekly weigh in.

Feeling really good, had a good week, stepped up the exercise clothes fit better and the scales....stayed the same 😑

Hopefully they'll make up for it next week 🙏

MJMabel · 25/04/2025 20:38

Thanks everyone for all the posts they’re really helping me feel less lonely, sorry I don’t post much!

Did jab seven yesterday, so am six weeks in.

SW 70kg
CW 62.75kg
GW 50kg

I’m very short so being in a calorie deficit is restrictive. Am trying to get protein into me but to be honest I’m not really big on protein. Just had about 100g of cottage cheese and two slices of smoked salmon for supper, and it’s not really what I would choose if I didn’t have to.

I’m on my second pen of 2.5mg, I eked out the first pen with a golden dose so hopefully will be able to do that again with this pen. Unsure whether to go up to 5mg for the next pen, but still have a good couple of weeks to decide.

On the plus side the weight is slowly coming off, so I must just keep going!
