I’d love to know what my E cup boobs weigh on their own 😂

I had a breast reduction a couple years ago - went from a G cup to a D cup and that was removing about 650g from each breast. So that’s almost 3lbs of breast right there. And that what they took off so doesn’t included what was left behind. I reckon you can figure at least 5lbs of boobage 😅

IndigoSkye · 20/04/2025 10:03

Week 1 for me now, took injection last night, was surprised how easy it was, I was very nervous about getting it wrong! Feel fine this morning. I’m also 5 2” and wanting to lose 4 stone to get down to 11 as I think this is a realistic long term weight for me. I have been working on strength training over the past year so hoping to keep this up. Have appreciated reading about others experiences, it’s really helpful

I think I’ve found my tribe! Another shorty here (5’2”) and I’m aiming for 11 stone as an initial goal as I think anything less would
make me look haggard. Also large of nork
and I genuinely think I have a large frame for my height going by things like wrist circumference. 11 stone would be a size 10-12 for me.

I’m also short at 5ft. And currently 10 stone 11 lbs. according to bmi I should be 8 stone or even slightly less!! I’m aiming for 9 stone (58kg). I do not have a slight frame and even at 16 as a gymnast I was more than 8 stone! I think BMI a guide bit certainly aims at a certain body build that doesn’t account for larger frame/muscular/curvy bodies!

Try an electrolyte drink, I have one a day, usually after dinner, I’ve noticed I’m not back and forth the toilet all night when I do.
They sell them in the supermarkets near the medicine aisles.

There's a particular brand of no alcohol beer that is basically an electrolyte drink..can't recall the exact name but it has 0.0 in the name. That could be a plan 😁

Crikeyalmighty · 20/04/2025 11:23

@Galadali identical figures and size to me- my goal weight is around 10 stone 3 - I look unbalanced below that at63 as have big boobs ( even when slimmer) and I hate looking hugely top heavy

Uninvitedleaf · 20/04/2025 11:33

Just taken my second dose so here’s my check in:

SW 13st 9.4
CW 13st 7.4
Loss W1 2lb
GW 11 stone

Although that’s not a big loss I’m happy. Feel like I’ve really been in control of my eating this week and have been making sensible choices while still able to enjoy what I’m having when I want to. If it continues like this for me it will definitely be sustainable and hopefully lead to better long term habits which is what I want to achieve. Minimal side effects too, just minor constipation.

52soon · 20/04/2025 11:34

Jabbed Wednesday and had first sign of a side effect yesterday, was in middle of Asda and felt my stomach churn and thought uh oh! Luckily was at end of my shop and managed to get home before needing loo. Felt shattered afterwards and ended up sleeping for 2 1/2 hours. No more loo trips though. 3lbs down so far!

Potato1234 · 20/04/2025 12:05

Ordered my second pen from Medexpress - stupidly did it on a bank holiday weekend so hoping it arrives before next Friday. For anyone who has blue light, the discount worked out cheaper for me than the £40 off 😊

iamsoshocked · 20/04/2025 12:09

@Potato1234
I ordered my second pen (5mg) from MedExpress on Good Friday, and it arrived today!

iamsoshocked · 20/04/2025 12:10

Please can someone use my MedExpress discount code!!!
PM me.

Really? I ordered on Friday too! As long as it arrives before Friday it’s all good

Potato1234 · 20/04/2025 12:22

Who’s having a roast today? Think I’ll stick to the veg and maybe one (large) roast potato!

ymemanresu · 20/04/2025 12:42

Yay mine has arrived today 1 week later. Excited 😛

I’ve just been accepted onto SheMed so will be starting this week too! So glad I found this thread, I agree it is really inspiring and reassuring.
unfortunately my brain has told me to binge eat all the things I won’t be able to enjoy after the injections start 😩

My brain has told me that too , going out with family tonight for a meal.

Someone is making ours, so hoping I don’t come across rude if I can’t stomach too much!

TC4 · 20/04/2025 14:00

I’m having a roast as well, roast lamb and it’s huge so there is going to be a few lamb based dinners this week.

im excited for the roast dinner and I’m doing the same more veg than roast potatoes.

but I’m actually more excited for tomorrows dinner of lamb flat bread and Greek salad 😋

For the first time in three weeks I've found myself looking in cupboards and the fridge for no real reason. I think it's associating 'holidays' with grazing and 'treating' myself. I'm having jab #3 tomorrow so definitely relying on willpower today, which is no bad thing.

PhantomErik · 20/04/2025 14:47

I'm taking my 4th injection today & have lost 7lbs so far & 2 inches off my waist (the only place I measured).

I was hoping to have lost a bit more weight but my mind feels so clear & free that I'm still very happy.

I've received my 5mg pen & will be starting that next week.

I felt nauseous once at the very beginning but no horrible side effects since.

ymemanresu · 20/04/2025 15:15

Just done my first jab in my thigh, i'm really needle phobic and started to feel 🤢 but didn’t feel a thing!

Well done! You've got this xx

OpheliaABC · 20/04/2025 15:37

Welcome to all new starters! I haven't been able to check in for a while but it's all going well! I have had a bit of heartburn today but fortunately nothing major.

I took my 4th jab of 2.5mg on Friday.

Here are my weekly losses so far:

Loss after 1st week: 4lbs
Loss after 2nd week: 2lbs
Loss after 3rd week: 2lbs

So a total of 8lbs in 3 weeks and I'm happy with that.

BMI has gone from 31.8 to 30.7.

GRCP · 20/04/2025 15:44

I had a roast. Just had a small portion and it was lovely. Also have an Easter egg but had a couple of bites and done. Very new experience for me! diaorreah unfortunately still an issue, I’m controlling it with Imodium at the moment. Wind is a lot better.

@Potato1234 how do you get the blue light discount please? And how much is it please you say it's better than the £40 off?

ymemanresu · 20/04/2025 16:13

Do you all keep it in the fridge after you have used the first dose? My instructions say room temperature is fine but i’ve read keeping it cooler increases it efficiency?
