Hi all 👋
HeavyHeidi
What does tret do again? And which one do you use?
Im a very lazy girl and that's true when it comes to skincare too, I tend to buy cheap moisturiser and then just use a face oil at night. I've noticed my skin has become a lot drier, especially on my hands and I'm constantly smothering them in cream. I think this is probably due to lack of nutrition (but I am taking vit d, iron, B12 and collagen supplements)
Still very strong suppression for me on 7.5mg and a bit of a dicky tum/nausea. I held off jabbing for a few days this week as we were in the lakes and I wanted to enjoy some nice food. Still didn't manage to eat much but did force down fruit and cereal for breakfast each day and had a lovely afternoon tea or two, also enjoyed a large ice cream cone. I'm having to be really careful at the moment as dd13 is showing signs of an eating disorder. This started a couple of months ago with her wanting to be healthy and get fit but has escalated quite a bit in the last few weeks. I want her to see me eating normally (the dc's don't know I'm on MJ). I'm worried about her.
Ex3crcise wise we took the ferry across lake Windermere and then walked up to Beatrix Potters cottage, Hill Top. It said it was 1.5 miles but it felt much further and was almost all uphill. Readers, I nearly died!
Bum and legs aching like mad today, I am clearly very unfit and dh was lecturing me about muscle wastage.
NSV's I now weigh less that 6ft dh who is about 11.7. I'm now 10.12 as of last week. The fact I weighed two stone more than him horrified me!
Well done everyone for still being here and ploughing on. MananaPenelope I'm glad your side effects have subsided and you're feeling better. I lasted one session of driving lessons with older dd and never again so good luck with that!
