- I think I've had diarrhea twice in nearly 8 weeks, both following greasy food, it stopped after one toilet visit each time.
2.for me the worst nausea was after dose 1 and 2 of 2.5 and I think it was because I jabbed not long before bed, switched to morning jab and it's much less, I've never actually thrown up. I do take a 24 hour anti heartburn pill omeprazole I think after the jab too.
3 my worst headache was after dose 1 of 5mg,it was just annoying, fixed it by drinking lots of water with electrolytes and taking an ibuprofen.
4 mu worst side effects tend to be 4 to 24 ours after a dose, the rest of the week I barely have any
5 luckily I haven't had much constipation, I'm going less because I eating a lot less.
6 not experienced low blood sugar but it is noted in the possible side effects. If you are worried about this speak to your prescriber or your gp. You could also buy a blood glucose tester and do the finger prick test at home. Having done this myself in the past, I found these more painful than the mounjaro jabs. I barely feel the jab each week.
I had similar thoughts and after starting I wish I had done it earlier, it's been a real game changer for me.
Also remember everyone is different and a lot of people find side effects ease off after a few weeks. A lot of people also don't get any side effects.
I would recommend you try and eat as simple foods as possible in the day or two before you take your first dose to give yourself the best start as lingering greasy food could mean you get some bad side effects.
