Welcome to thread 2 never thought we would be posting so much that we have to start a new thread.

I am still hovering around 12 and a half stone. I have been absolutely freezing to the point I have a duvet on the sofa.

I have had one NSV so far I can zip up my boots and they do not feel tight anymore.

Forgot to mention I did do the golden dose as well this morning---it's super easy. So don't fret if you're planning to do yours.

I'm moving up to 5mg next week, and hoping to actually see some suppression this time around because I've had bugger all on 2.5.

@MrsMariaReynolds can you explain how you did the golden dose? Hard twist or get it out with a syringe

I used the syringe. I didn't want to rely on the twist option since most people have reported that it's not as straightforward as it once was.

Official weigh day isn’t till Monday but I weigh daily as well to see fluctuations (and so I don’t get disheartened if on a Monday it’s not a lot). Anyway I’ve now lost a stone! Wooo! Still 4 to go but I’m thrilled lol xx

There's still a bit left which I think would be half a dose.

Hello all, aaaah week 3 day 6 for me and for the first time since starting I have felt out of control with food. Have just about managed to keep it contained but could very very easily have ended up knee deep in a box of Haribo and Celebrations. Going up to 5mg in a week's time; was worried about that but now think it is the right call. Haven't drunk any water today which probably hasn't helped either. Hoping a bit of suppression will return tomorrow.

Hi @popdepop I'm also about to take my second dose tomorrow and also feel the suppression has worn off since about Monday although it seems to have come back today. I lost 3 pounds this week!

I took mine last Fri around 3-4 pm I'm thinking of doing it a little earlier tomorrow maybe around 1-2

I like to lurk on the November threads as they're 4 months ahead of me. I saw someone recommend the MeSixtyThree body app. Installed it thinking it was a bit gimmicky but it measured my stomach and chest spot on. Other measurements were out a bit but it's a good tool to measure trends

I also have a NSV aim, to have a bath without my tummy sticking out of the water! I noticed that less of it was ticking out today but I still have a a way to go!

Good luck for tomorrow. I took my second dose yesterday, and I did take it at approx the same time of day. I doubt it matters much though.

I had zero suppression on day 6 of my first week. I couldn't believe how hungry I was. The food noise was insane. I had my second jab yesterday morning and I am back to full suppression today. Thank goodness for that!

my one improvement for this week is I don’t have a huge purple bruise so that’s a tiny step. Don’t want to look like a fat leopard!

@popdepop I also love the suppression feeling, the calmness in my head is amazing. I kept saying to my DH is this how normal people feel around food.

I haven't decided about going up to 5 yet or sticking on 2.5. still got a few more weeks to decide. I've had virtually no side effects from 2.5 so far, slight headache on day 1 and nausea on and off through the week. I don't want to risk side effects going up to 5.
I'm pleased with my loss this week so I'll see if I continue to lose over the next 2 weeks then make a decision. I may try to do golden dose aswell so get 5 weeks out of it.

It is indeed foul. I felt sick after it but after a couple of glasses over 24 hours…..whoosh! Now I eat 4 dates a day and I’m all good!

Week 4 weigh in this morning:

Start weight 13 stone 6.5lbs

Current weight 12 stone 4.2lbs

Weight lost this week 2.0lbs

Total loss 1 stone 2.4lbs

Target 10 stone (or maybe a bit under!)

Height 5 feet 5 inches

Jab 5 tonight- starting a new pen, sticking with 2.5mg
