@0ncemorewithfee1ing sorry to hear your frustration, am sure you’re doing everything you can. Sounds like 7.5mg might be the best thing.
There seems to be such a range of tolerance/sensitivity to the doses. And I imagine for those who are less sensitive to it and need higher doses to start to feel the benefits it must be hard reading about all of the different responses everyone on this thread is having. I sometimes read the threads of those who are a few months ahead to see what’s to come. Especially on days where I’ve stayed the same or gained. Keep having to remind myself of the long game.
I had a late lunch today, which I needed to wolf down in order to make my next appointment. I was hungry, in a rush, but aware of a pressure on my stomach like I’m wearing a corset signalling that there’s no room in there. I got halfway through my bowl and realised I’d ‘sighed’ twice already and that I needed to stop even though I also felt compelled to finish the bowl and get it over with so I could tick lunch off my to do list. I left a bit. I guess this is suppression on 3.75mg.
Keep plotting different plans for doses with my next pen on the glp1plotter website, to see how much would be in my system. I don’t know whether to go to 4mg and stay there for the duration of the pen or increase each week till I get to 5mg.
