I am not as cold as I was, part of the reason for not being on here as much is all I would have done (and might still do lol)😁, is moan about how bl**dy freezing I have been, January was especially awful when it was -5c my bedroom was only 5c! Needless to say I havent been very Tigger like at all. But hey, its nearly Spring, things can only get better!
@NippyNinjaCrab Thank you! I am happy with my loss really, its just a long slow road when I have so much more to go 5st! Still, its not the 8st I originally had! 2 more stone and I will only be fat, that will be a win in my eyes!😄
@Blondeshavemorefun the 30 a week thing is 30 different plants, so includes, tea, coffee, seeds, herbs, spices, nuts, pulses, legumes, fruits, veg, salad etc.
I have always been really into nutrition so this interested me straight away and is scientifically backed. Its very easy to do, for example, I made a chilli yesterday which had 16 plants in it!

@WitchDancer Another reason why low fat isnt really recommended anymore is once the fat has been removed, so has the flavour and texture, which means they usually add processed chemical nasties to make up for that (not in every case, but most.) Calorie counting, whilst something we all do, is also kind of being moved away from in favour of what you eat, so think about the 30 plants a week thing that I touched on above, not just the amount of calories, though of course, with us all trying to lose weight we do need to balance that. Nothing is ever simple is it!😊
