Wow who would have thought it

We are doing so well. 7mths

Hugs all the auggies and all of us have lost a fair amount of weight

Some still have weight to lose myself included

Equally a few are nearing their healthy bmi or have reached it and thinking about maintaining

And all I can say is an elephants penis 😂😂😂

Loving the smell of horses is definitely not weird, it is one of the most wonderful smells in the world. Especially when you add the smell of the hay they are munching and the leather tack. My ultimate comfort smell (less so the stable first thing in the morning).

I am finding that due to slow digestion I often weigh less later in the day as long as I haven't eaten. Getting up early or having a lie in makes a difference to my first thing weight.

If I go to the stables without having breakfast (I have water and coffee), when I come back a couple of hours later my weight will be lower.

I don't often have breakfast, a hangover from doing intermittent fasting.

I always have breakie but didn’t today with supression tho attached lunch as was starving so maybe not that much suppression 😂

Well my moaning was pointless. Just weighed myself again and I'm over a kilo down since yesterday. Not even 💩 baby! Bread really must make me swell up and then it goes when I eat it sparingly again.

So I actually lost a bit of weight last week on holiday 🤔

I knew it! Unexpected bread surfeits can't be trusted!(But are so nice...)

Fab losing weight on holiday @poppym12. When I go in aug I hope to not gain but if I do and I sulk as will be a year we all started

Bloody annoyed now as DPD say I wasn't in when they attempted delivery. Ummm I haven't been anywhere. In fact I was putting clothes away in the front bedroom so would have seen a van pull up. Nope. No delivery attempted.

I've emailed Cloud but I daresay they'll say it'll be fine and cold until tomorrow. I doubt it. It's a 12.5 pen too so cost more.

How annoying

Definitely give yourself a few days post holiday and flight before you weigh yourself (but I know you won't as just like me, you're impatient!). Water retention really is a thing.

I'm annoyed with DPD and Cloud now as obviously they say it will be fine tomorrow. And it's ok for 30 days out of the fridge - but I won't be using this pen until a week on Sunday so that 30 day thing is bollox.

I fly home Saturday so tech I will be home 6 days before I WWJ

Very impressed by those who lose weight later in the day. I can go up by 3lbs, even when I've not eaten much. I must suck up liquid like a sponge.

I have gone ahead and ordered a 10mg, but I still have the bonus dose in the 12.5 to use up first on Saturday. I think I only want to inject 5mg at a time to start with and see how my body reacts. . I have no idea about counting clicks or drawing up lower amounts in a syringe, so I'll take your advice please!

5ml of 12.5 is 24 clicks or .24 syringes

I'm so sorry I can't remember who mentioned visceral fat but I just looked at my reading and it's gone from 15 in December to 12 today - that is a -15lb difference, so not 'massive' for such a good improvement.
It feels like really significant progress as my incentive has always been health. Have full bloods booked for this Friday- so very curious as to the results compared to 12 months ago.

@PoemsForTea Well done. And yes health is the ultimate goal isn't it. I just looked at mine and it's gone from 18 at my largest at the start of the year to 7 now. Pretty shocked by that if I'm honest means I've gone from the top of the high bracket to the low end of the average so pleased with that! ☺️☺️

I told my supplier that the 30 day 'ok out of the fridge' thing doesn't apply as I won't begin the pen until 23 March.

This is their response:

"Your pen will still be viable as long as it is put in the fridge once received so rest assured your pen will still be usable".

So basically they're saying that a pen is fine indefinitely even if it's not refrigerated? Hmmmm.

The good news is I am down from 17.6 to 14.12, which I am so happy about. I'm actually lower in weight than DH now

The bad news is I am feeling nauseous and the sulphur burps are back. I'll plod on with the 15 dose until the pen runs out but may have to drop down if I carry on feeling like this.

@poppym12 that seems naughty of them as it's against the medical advice provided on the medication?! I don't really see how they can go against the provided information just to save them money and sending another pen.

Well done @WitchDancer hopefully the side effects ease soon! I did 15 yesterday as part of my weening down process. Another 15 next week then going to count clicks and do two weeks at 12.5.

Had a really positive meeting about DS today as he's been struggling a lot which has been causing a lot of stress. (He's neuro diverse) so that's helped to feel more positive today 🤞

Well to be honest @Blondeshavemorefun I don't suppose it's hugely accurate but it's nice to see things go down! They missed @poppym12s delivery which is why she's worrying about the 30days as will have been out of the fridge for a few days before opening and she doesn't want to use it straight away.

And thanks about meeting. I've celebrated by cleaning my oven for the last hour or so.... really regretting starting but it really really needed doing!

I think it's once it's opened they recommend using it within 30 days, not just that it's been out of the fridge. It's meant to be kept below 30 degrees, but it's unlikely to have exceeded that!

It's fine for a few days isn't it as long as isn't over 30 while it travels as in cold stuff

I complained over mine as missed Royal Mail. They came on sat. Missed me. So sat in their office Sunday and to me Sunday and left them Fri I think

But it was the hottest weekend we had had in blondesland for months as was aug

So they did send me another after I moaned
