Wow who would have thought it

We are doing so well. 7mths

Hugs all the auggies and all of us have lost a fair amount of weight

Some still have weight to lose myself included

Equally a few are nearing their healthy bmi or have reached it and thinking about maintaining

And all I can say is an elephants penis 😂😂😂

@Blondeshavemorefun elephants penis! Although a reminder post of what that is might be good - I didn't save that information with my arse being in my hands when everyone was looking at it, so it would be good to not have to rummage for it.

I've spent a happy couple of hours going through my stored clothes to find the next size down. I didn't think much would fit but it does! Some of it was a 16 too, although most was an 18. There's brand new stuff that's not even had the tabs off too, which I'd forgotten about. I don't know where I'm going to fit it all, but that's a problem for another day as it all needs washing first.

I second putting the post where you had all the weight and what they are equal too.. at the top of your next post.. as I think I maybe be more than an elephants Penis now, but can't find the post.

so will make 8 portions

I'm feeling very full, haven't eaten since last night but feeling stuffed! Will have some lunch but not sure what as I am in the office.

Your mince looks nice! Enjoy! I'm not organised enough to batch cook, leftovers for lunch the next day is as close as I get.

tbh @WorriedRelative im not usually this organised but I love mince and easy to boil some pasta /jacket etx and add this mixture. Esp the nights im working

im on 15 and apart from one non breakfast I don’t feel it’s doing much this week and not sure why

so batch cooking may help

Mince is delicious. In fact I’m having the last portion of homemade chilli con carne that I batch cooked a few weeks ago for my dinner tonight. I’m having it with a chopped salad that has some avacado in it as i a love the contrast of hot and cold in the same bowl.

For my lunch I had the remains of a roast turkey leg that had come all the way from Romania when
my co-granny came on her visit at Christmas. They still rear a lot of the food they eat in Romania and every year on her Christmas time visit she brings 6 huge turkey legs that great Grandpa slaughtered along with a huge plastic bottle of great grandpas homemade wine. What that lovely lady can get in a suitcase is unbelievable and Mary Poppins has nothing on her.

Injection wise I’m up to 10 now and so far so good, and if it stays this way over the next few days I guess it means my body is coping with it unlike my last attempts at 10. I’ve not weighed myself since last week though as I’ve been on the panadol cold and flu due to lurgy and they make me wee so anything the scales say would be wrong.

I mentioned interailing a few weeks ago and I’ve been thinking about the poster who’s also going this summer. Have you planned which countries yet?

Hello lovelies, I'm sorry I've been awol - lots going on personally/ family. I'm feeling quite low I'll be honest, and may have sought comfort in a bag of mini eggs more times than I should have done. Checking back in to try to kickstart my brain into positive Augusteer MJ-er mode! I'll try to catch up with the thread, though looks like we're about to have a new one.
