Wow who would have thought it

We are doing so well. 7mths

Hugs all the auggies and all of us have lost a fair amount of weight

Some still have weight to lose myself included

Equally a few are nearing their healthy bmi or have reached it and thinking about maintaining

And all I can say is an elephants penis 😂😂😂

Congratulations everyone and whoop @Blondeshavemorefun i know you were cross with the scales last week 😆
@weaselyeyes exactly, I'm taking any sts now a positive too, when I was piling on the weight I wouldn't weigh myself, I just bought bigger clothes or baggier tops.

@Timetochange24 I've had the same from 2 people, one who started cutting down same time as me, annihilated WLI so I she doesn't know im on them. Just over a year of losing weight and she's given up (again) and I've lost just over 3 stone. She's said I've lost too much and should stop, I'm still in the overweight category and although I have the 12 jeans from M&S they are snug. I know I've got a few to lose yet.
It's just people are used to seeing me being heavy.

Finished the clearing of Mums flat earlier, so the boys (DH & DSS) are taking the dismantled furniture etc to the dump tomorrow. Then it's just a couple of beds and 2 couches for an uplift, couple of white goods then carpets. It's great to see it cleared, and soon it will have the young ones stamp on it.

I've never had to sign for mine from MedExpress. They have all been RM. I think @Azuresky68 means the specific day delivery with Oushk though that are DPD and require a PIN or something.

Hi! I always use Royal Mail delivery with my Ouschk order not DPD..£7.99 means you get guaranteed delivery before 1 pm. I am always in but next time I will ask what happens if not in and let you all know

Azuresky68 · 21/02/2025 17:40

Blondeshavemorefun · 20/02/2025 19:21

I double checked with them - their reply

Oh that's great news!

Azuresky68 · 21/02/2025 17:46

Congratulations everyone who weighed today and were happy with the results! Weighing on Sunday but not been easy even though I am on 12.5 mg. Its almost like I am nearly there and have given up 😱 I finished my decorating project though and very pleased with my results. Two weeks left until I go on holiday when I will be happy if I just maintain

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/02/2025 17:53

Very true @weaselyeyes- and I need exact scales as maybe some weeks I sts I lose 1/2 a lb bit wouidnt show

@Timetochange24maybe or as above I had lost 1/2 a lb but it wouidnt show

Yes people say to me I don’t need to lose anymore

I’m still bmi of think 28 and almost 2s overweight to get to bmi of healthy . Top end

where I was overweight and obese still object to morbid obese lol but I was porky

agree @weaselyeyes and maybe it’s jealousy for some

@4pink1blueyou have amazing losses every week. Well done

yes I was pissed off with scales last week Well done for finishing mums flat

@Azuresky68 I will find out think Monday it’s due or Tue. I can’t R.E.M.

do they email to say coming

OP posts:
Timetochange24 · 21/02/2025 21:15

I always get a dispatch email the night before booked delivery, then royal mail send a message in the morning to say they plan to deliver. Oushk don't sign off the prescription until close to the dispatch date so you'll get an email to confirm that too.

Timetochange24 · 21/02/2025 21:16

The dispatch emails tend to come really late in the evening but delivery is very speedy with royal mail. Mine have always arrived mid morning but guess that depends on your local royal mail team.

whethertheweather · 22/02/2025 08:26

@Blondeshavemorefun I saw my family for the first time in a while last week and they also raised their eyebrows when I said I need to lose another stone and a half to get to "normal". I guess they are either just so used to me yo-yoing they don't believe I can maintain this, or I just look so different from before now that they think tis is enough. Anyway, I shall plough on.

WWJ today and I've put on half a pound. I'm not too upset as I had two dining events this week and eating hasn't been as disciplined as usual. Today I'm off to a babyshower brunch (why??), and then back to normal mundane existence for a while, so hopefully I can get back on track.

SilverSprings510 · 22/02/2025 08:41

Morning all! A surprising -2lb this week for me, which I wasn’t expecting (maybe -1lb or a maintain) due to being off work this week and doing lots with DC. However, I’ve kept exercise up and although I haven’t eaten the best, I have definitely been within my cals (maybe slightly over usual cals but my allowance daily is low!). So I’ve now lost 5st3lbs/73lbs/33kg 🙌🏼 I’m overdue doing my measurements so I need to try and do that at some point.

Weigh ins: -7, -5, -3, -2, -5, -5, -1, -3, -1, -4, -1, -4, -2, -5, -0, -2, -1, -2, -3, -2, -1, -3, -1, -3, -2, -2, -2 ✨

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/02/2025 09:35

@whethertheweather indeed we shall plod on. I think it’s really a case of used to us being fat or those who are jealous esp if we are now slimmer than them

keep going - sorry for the tiny gain (tho bet if fart or poo it will go) 😂 but you had fun doing it and had events and I do think long term weight does go up and down by 3/4 lbs is normal

@SilverSprings510anotber auggies who has lost 5s. Well done and again you always have consistent losses

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/02/2025 09:41

Seems I have a dislike to gin. Ffs 🙀🙄😂

I poured one last night after half term and had maybe 1/3 of it and just didn’t want it

I haven’t drank since dieting but don’t drink a lot anyway

years ago I used to always have gin fri and sat but stopped for various reasons but have always enjoyed 1 or 2

not last night !!

now why can’t I have that dislike of crisps and chocolate 😂😂

Hi all. Sorry I've been a bit MIA. Half term is always pretty full on! But I've been quietly reading the thread!

@whethertheweather sorry for the gain at least it was a little one! People are weird about weight. They always feel the need to say the 'don't go to far' type comments!

Well done @SilverSprings510 !

So I've weighed in and after two weeks of STS I've lost 3lbs! Whoop! Wasn't expecting it as being half term I haven't been great! So that means I've officially hit the 5 stone mark! In total lost 5 stone 1 pound (71 pounds!) whoop! 24.2 bmi now at 10 stone 9lb. Definitely the lowest I've been for years. Would still like to lose a few more pounds to cement me into the healthy bmi but we shall see.

Have a lovely Saturday all.

Well done @SilverSprings510 and @owlyboo ! And well done @whethertheweather on only having a modest gain after an unusual week. If we weren't busy monitoring a our downwards trajectories, that wouldn't even register!

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/02/2025 18:47

Another 5s. Wow well done @owlyboo

troppibambini6 · 22/02/2025 20:34

Hi everyone. Been a very busy half term so I've not been on.
Realised dd has overtaken me and is now taller. The tape measure came out and I'm gutted to find out I've shrunk Grin I'm now 5"7 rather than 5"8! How the hell have a shrunk a whole inch?!! I'm 47 not 107!

Anyway I weighed yesterday and I've lost 2lbs which I'm pleased with. I've one more full pen and then I think I will call it a day.

My plan is to get a close to 10 as I can.

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/02/2025 21:13

Well done @troppibambini6

Well done for half term survival all! More impressively awesome losses too - you are all so inspirational and really keep me going seeing the achievements. Thankyou 💚

I've had a bit of food noise the last week hoping it's just a hormonal/change of season thing 🙂 Will give it another week then consider upping to 12.5 I think.
Determined to see a 13 on the scales this week and have a few days off so will have time to get a few extra fast walks in I hope 😆

Azuresky68 · 23/02/2025 08:25

Morning everyone and Happy Sunday. Glad to hear of great progress for many and only a small gain for one person as far as I can remember. Great 3 pounds off for @Blondeshavemorefun and some amazing overall losses over time. I have had a really challenging week after reaching my personal goal of 9 stone. I haven't been terrible but definitely gone over 1000 calories on a few days, had some wine and chocolate too. Shockingly I weighed in at 9 stone 2.7 pounds today. It's a worry that relaxing what I eat can lead to a gain so easily. I know some of it will be water weight. Two weeks to my holiday. I was hoping to be under 9 stone by then. One of the girlfriends I am going with has been on MJ since I started and the other one doesn't eat a lot and has never had a weight problem, so it will help in that there won't be too much temptation, apart from wine. Feeling frustrated at weight gain for no good reason and still on 12.5 for another week. Good luck to everyone for the new week.

Azuresky68 · 23/02/2025 08:31

@owlyboo amazing result since August! I am struggling at the moment. My last dose of 12.5 is next week (bonus dose) but due to my gain this week of 2.7 pounds I am now nearly 6vpounds away from top of my healthy BM

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/02/2025 09:31

@Azuresky68 sure that sneaky gain will dissapeer at propped wi day

OP posts:
Princessandthepie · 23/02/2025 10:45

Sneaky weigh in this morning and I'm down 1lb so down to 12 stones and 1lb!! I think my accidental high dose has done me good this week so I'll be looking in to switching suppliers tomorrow as voy are so expensive now and moving up to 12.5mg pen.

My lovely DH showed me a photo yesterday of me from a couple of years ago!! My goodness, I looked bloody huge!! 😳
I really don't want to go back to that!!

Unfortunately it's 7 days since I weighed in at 9 stone. Fingers crossed I can get back to 9 stone or below over next 12 days. It's really good that the friend I am going with started MJ the same day as me back in August. She is another 5 mg only girl!

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/02/2025 13:34

Well done @Princessandthepie and yes higher doses are costly

look on the compare chart for the best discount for high oens

usually 12.5 and 15 are the same

Guess if you go over 1000c your body notices it so maybe try this week to be 1000c again and bet it goes off
