Crazy we have come this far

Heading to 5mths - that's almost half a year

We have all done so well.

Be proud of ourselves

Yes we have Christmas Day to come but remember that eating a meal and some yummy stuff isn't going to make us all gain the weight back

We have to have some treats or else what is the point in life

Saying we are never going to eat ...... again isn't sustainable

But having one /small portion of something we want is a good thing

We have learnt restraint !!!

To 2025 one and all

@Azuresky68 I understand, I had 2 weeks away in November and I felt quite unsettled not knowing whether I was losing or gaining, or how much the different food was impacting. I was lucky and lost 4 pounds over that period. But even if you've gained weight you know that being back on your normal regime will reset that pattern. It WILL.

And stunning photo!

@Blondeshavemorefun weeping at your 'little cocks' typo! Hopefully the laughter will shake another few ounces off...

SilverSprings510 · 28/12/2024 23:43

I’ve just looked at the weight range for my height - granted I am very short but the healthy range for my height is between 7st8 and 10st2. That seems absolutely wild to me?! I think I will aim for top end of 9st eventually to give myself a buffer, but couldn’t imagine being anywhere near that tiny?!

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/12/2024 23:54

You shake away @20bloodypounds 😂

@SilverSprings510 bmi is weird.

To get mine to 20 that's 9st. Never gonna happen. I'm 5f 7

11s is 24 for me so still high end

Are you 5f 3

owlyboo · 28/12/2024 23:56

@Blondeshavemorefun 11st is literally 24.9 or something for me at 5'6 that's my initial goal but would like to go slightly less but I know under 11 has always been tricky to maintain for me so we shall see!

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/12/2024 23:56

Just had Email from iq wanting to know my weight at each doseage

Only know it as write is down

Plus new side and front pic
Driving license
Pic of box of 10 with supplier name on it

It's all hassle. Yes saves me £40 but to do this every month is annoying

@Azuresky68 you look fabulous

SilverSprings510 · 29/12/2024 00:01

@Blondeshavemorefun yes, 5ft3 😂 even 10st seems super tiny to me. Anyway, my next mini goal on Nutracheck is 13st11 so will get there first 🤭

Same. As I said years ago I got to 1010 but couldn't keep it there and face gaunt imo

One of the reasons I have stuck with Zava, @Blondeshavemorefun! Yes, I am that lazy...

PoemsForTea · 29/12/2024 09:09

Does anyone else order with Pharmacy2U? 10mg works out at £165. I need to find out if they have any kind of maintenance plan in place. Don't particularly like their website but they've been great and easy/fast to order with.
BMI now 31 so need to start thinking about next stage and was also looking at IQ doctor so it will be interesting Blondes. Was also looking at Oushk.

In my opinion the BMI weight ranges aren't realistic at all. I was 5 foot but my doctor measured me and I am now 4 foot 11...not going to admit that to anyone! Top end of my BMI weight range is 8 stone 12 but I am aiming for 9 stone. My sister is the same height as me and got to 8 stone 12 and looked so gaunt..she is now around 9 stone 2 and it makes such a difference. If I was at the low end of my BMI that would be under 7 stone...I would look like a very wrinkly stick!

Azuresky68 · 29/12/2024 09:30

Thanks for the lovely comments...it cheered me up, as I was feeling a bit isolated and down about the weight battle. I have tried not to come on here daily whilst on holiday, but realise how much it helps sharing 'the journey' together. When I get home I will have a proper catch up. Blondes...you are not the only one eating things that aren't the best choice, so don't be hard on yourself. I found my emotional eating linked to Christmas coming back with a vengeance on some days. We will all get through this and back on track in January!!

FlappingMadly · 29/12/2024 09:48

My calves are okay but i think i might need skin removal on legs when finished with this weightless lark.

Pics are stunning. I'm so excited for all of us.
Sorry you're feeling rough @NippyCrab but could you share the recipe 😂
@Azuresky68 don't be so hard on yourself. Enjoy your holiday and see where you are when back. You can't undo it all in 10 days.
@Blondeshavemorefun bet you have killer legs.

I'm getting a bit worried about reports of delayed orders so might have to add to my stash..

Motnight · 29/12/2024 11:41

I don't think that anyone should be berating themselves for eating Xmas treats food. I think that we have all said at one point or another that this new healthy eating has to be for life for us and life includes treats and making decisions to eat food that we wouldn't normally.

So let's all be kind to ourselves 😊

weaseleyes · 29/12/2024 12:00

@Blondeshavemorefun you only have to give that info when you switch, they don't ask for that every month. They just ask you to update your weight and say yes/no to the same questions. So you'd only have to do it again if you wanted to switch again. I started with zava, went to medexpress and have then stayed with IQ doctor as they're about the cheapest and they publish new discounts every month on that list, so I've always had a minimum of 20% off. I'm very lazy and resent telling anyone anything, but I guess they have to do it to be a bona fide prescriber, and I really need the cheaper price!

@Azuresky68 you look awesome in your holiday photo! Slim and sunny!

NippyCrab · 29/12/2024 12:13

@Motnight i agree, just don't eat a chocolate tart like me last night haha. Seriously though, i was chatting to DH about this last night and how being "good" can really affect the journey. He said as long as i wasn't making myself unwell by eating something that my stomach reacted too, I should go with the flow and eat a little of whatever I want to try. Xx

Mum0ntherun · 29/12/2024 12:50

Well Christmas food has not agreed with me. I have the worst constipation for the last 4 days that I’ve ever had. Just bought some DulcoEase and Fybogel - hubbie suggested I just take the DulcoEase for now and not go nuclear 😆. Any other suggestions ladies as this is so uncomfortable 😣

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/12/2024 14:07

It is annoying @Motnight and why I started with med ex but just can't justify £200

@PoemsForTea after them sending me a questionnaire /photos to add really quickly - I've heard nothing since

@Azuresky68 I plan to come on daily and annoy you all when I'm away. But that's august. So we would have done this for a year /started a year ago

You did look very trim so be proud

@FlappingMadly I need an arm tuck. Never gonna afford one but wishful thinking eh

Thanks @weaseleyes - hopefully they will accept me and give me discounts as med express won't/don't

@NippyCrab agree with your dh.

I'm not a lover of cock but last night ate 3 ffs

But if you want it. Eat a little

@Mum0ntherun sorry to hear of your pain and backlog

Lactulose was always good

@Mum0ntherun Sympathy 💐
I think ask at pharmacy because you need something to soften it aswell. Maybe the products you have do that too? And drink loads of water! Good luck!

PoemsForTea · 29/12/2024 14:59

Blondes you do make me laugh!! I wouldn't care if I never saw one again 😂😂

morbidcuriosity · 29/12/2024 14:59

Hey @Mum0ntherun . Get yourself some movical or luxido too, superdrug or tesco pharmacy , but probably any pharmacy.. its a drink thing and it softens your stool.. making it easier to come out if backed up.. the dulcolax aims at triggering the muscles to get a movement so you want it softer for less pain..

Med express reply

I've replied back saying still nowhere near maintenance as have over 2.5s to lose

But what bmi do they allow back

I'm 39/29 I think at moment - overweight rather then super obese

But don't want to get to 25/healthy which is 11.3 I think and then struggle finding someone to maintain me
