Crazy we have come this far

Heading to 5mths - that's almost half a year

We have all done so well.

Yes we have Christmas Day to come but remember that eating a meal and some yummy stuff isn't going to make us all gain the weight back

We have to have some treats or else what is the point in life

Saying we are never going to eat ...... again isn't sustainable

But having one /small portion of something we want is a good thing

Treated the family to tea out today. Been planned ages - but I forgot it was jab day yesterday! 🤦🏻‍♀️ ordered croquettes for starter, managed 1.5 of those and then a pizza, ate a dismal 2 slices 🫣 oh well - will do for my lunch tomorrow and probably my tea 😂

@Blondeshavemorefun I definitely didn’t have this much suppression on 7.5 - since going up to 10 I can barely eat day 1-2 and then normally after that

Speaking of weight pics, has anyone been asked to supply up to date photos to their usual supplier? I heard MedExpress ask for new photos after a certain point but not sure if that’s true. As we’re all approaching the 6th pen/6th month mark I’m conscious of it happening soon.

Just noticed as well that I have barely taken any photos in 2024! Goes to show how insecure I have felt

So yes was annoying to do all the things they wanted it saved me £40

And hopefully they won't need that again

Still waiting to hear about maintenance plan from iq

Med express have come back with only 2yrs and if swap /leave they may not take you back if under 28

So thinking it's very important now to stay with a supplier once get to 29/28

And not swap for a lower price as another company may not approve you when 28 or lower

Hopefully more will do maintenance
