Crazy we have come this far

Heading to 5mths - that's almost half a year

We have all done so well.

Be proud of ourselves

Yes we have Christmas Day to come but remember that eating a meal and some yummy stuff isn't going to make us all gain the weight back

We have to have some treats or else what is the point in life

Saying we are never going to eat ...... again isn't sustainable

But having one /small portion of something we want is a good thing

We have learnt restraint !!!

To 2025 one and all

Yeah I agree @weaseleyes I've taken MJ and would still worry if dd wanted to go on it as that's what you do as a mum. (Plus she's 13 and a size 8 😂)

To be fair I don't think randomly bringing it up shopping was probably the best way to go either. Bless her though I can remember that feeling well how lost you feel in your body after having a baby.

Azuresky68 · 28/12/2024 21:25

Feeling a bit lost! Am still on holiday and having a lovely time BUT no will power at all. Before I came on hols I was only 7 pounds away from my goal. No idea where I am now. Honestly this thread is AMAZING 👏 🤩 So happy for everyone doing well and for all the amazing support you give eachother on a daily basis. Sorry I haven't been around for a while. Best wishes to all xx PS on my second 10 mg pen. First 2 days I can barely eat. When at home I don't drink but on hols I have enjoyed wine, beer and cocktails 😱 Will get back on it after holiday but feel I am self sabotaging 😕

Hi everyone hope you're doing ok!!

Finally got brave enough to step on the scales this morning and I've stayed the same which I'm more than happy with as I've not worried about what I've eaten or drank.

But I did lay off the booze again from boxing day as I will admit, that was my downfall on my last weight loss journey, I did so well, lost 3 stones up til Xmas then found my way in to the booze cupboard and then didn't ever crawl back out of it!! 🙈

Plus I've not missed the hangovers so happy to refrain again.

Happy crimbo limbo!!

Great thatcyou are back on track..well done!

Princessandthepie · 28/12/2024 21:27

I've just gone on to asda and ordered from them.
I put my current weight in as 12.7 as that's what I was this morning but when I did the photos they require, my weight said 12.11 and I may have pushed my belly out a bit more. I also sent another message with a photo of my last box of 10mg with the same date card they require so hopefully it will be ok!

NippyCrab · 28/12/2024 21:41

Great thatcyou are back on track..well done!

The past certainly haunts me (doesn't it for all of us?) so I can't let myself down again and then blame MJ for not working like it's another snake oil!

MJ is working so I need to put in the work too and that means staying off the booze but, truth be told, I'm kinda glad because then there's no wine noise and life is easier with no wine noise.

No food noise, no wine noise.... my brain is kinda quiet, sometimes when I tilt my head, that one single marble feels kinda lonely rolling down to the other side.

owlyboo · 28/12/2024 21:45

Oh gosh @NippyCrab that looks amazing! Sorry you're suffering for it though!!

Thank you! It just felt nice today to try on what I wanted rather than what would 'fit me'. That's a lovely compliment but I bet you do look put together I spend 99% of my time in leggings and a fleece 😂

My 13 year old told me I absolutely cannot buy skinny jeans 🙄 not cool apparently so I went for something different (bowed to peer pressure) 😂

That's a big bit of cake if you had all that!

Mint tea? Ginger tea? Definitely water though, hopefully it will help flush you out! 🙈

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/12/2024 21:52

@Azuresky68 hopefully you wouidnt have put much weight on but if you do you had a fab holiday and it will come off

@Princessandthepie Hope Asda approves you. Sure they will

@NippyCrab a little cock won't harm you but maybe it was a bit Rich for your delicate shell like tummy

Honestly my legs aren't slinky or skinny. Above the knees they are fat and flabby

Me on holiday at the moment. Best weight in a while when I last got weighed..but not sure what I weigh now. Hated my body, felt guilty about being overweight and struggled with weight from 14 years old. 68 years old now...never giving up! All those years of feeling so bad...thank goodness for MJ. Love to all xx

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/12/2024 17:09

Hi fives @eeeeeeeee

Med express £199) won't price check the lowest. Will only do chemists they mention and all are same as med or more

So not sure what to do

Either I swap now to someone new but don't want the hassle of swapping but I can't afford £200 a month /pen for 12.5

who are you all with now ?

Higher doses are def more costly 🥲🥲🥲

Ousch..they have a great offer for new people..see their website x

NippyCrab · 28/12/2024 22:09

@Princessandthepie i didn't have all that, a fraction of that definitely 🤣
@Blondeshavemorefun you've cocks on the brain lady 😂😂😂
I've just had a poo lol tummy still cramping, too rich for my wee healthy MJ body 😳🤗
@Blondeshavemorefun check Oushk out they are fab xx

NippyCrab · 28/12/2024 22:11

@owlyboo away to bins skinny like jeans now 😆 i like the boot cut ones i got from m&s so might get another pair of them xx

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/12/2024 22:15

Twit twoo @Azuresky68

We need a before pic now

@NippyCrab yes would love some cock 😂 but my phone seems to change c h o c to cock

Ousk look costly and yes May get a discount to start off with but then they are over £200 so May as well stay with Med express

Wonder how long it will take for iq doctor to read and reply to my email

And what their maintenece plan is

Med express are usually within the day

OP posts:
Motnight · 28/12/2024 22:15

@Azuresky68 you look absolutely stunning.

NippyCrab · 28/12/2024 22:28

@Blondeshavemorefun oushk do discounts every 3 to 4 weeks of 15% to 20% if that helps, and they are doing a new joiners offer too with the code WELCOME, not sure what the discount is though xx

So you have both never paid full price

Obv you add on a lower dose @NippyCrab

But on 12.5 the price of £200 is out of my budget

£160 ish has been ouch for other pens or even less as med express would price match

Obv your 5 is much less

And you you have always had a discount of 15/20% when ordered

OP posts:
NippyCrab · 28/12/2024 22:36

Always had a discount of some amount yes, the higher doses are extortionate though, do you need to move from 10mg? Can you get another 10mg joining Oushk and use the under the carrot pens? Then see where you are. It's worth getting a call with Hira Malick the pharmacist xxx

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/12/2024 22:45

I have a new 10 left and under the Carrot 😂 5 which runs out in feb

I thinking of using both to make 12.5

I do need to go up from 10 as no suppression at all last week

Ans I've just eaten 3 fucking mint reindeer malteaser things ffs

I so wish I had the no want to eat bad stuff that others get 🥲🙀

Whoops hit post

Just as well I have that as first delivery day is 2nd week of Jan 🙀🙀🙀

Med is usually a few days

I get they are busy but seems a long wait

Welcome takes off £40 but postage is almost double med express

Had to do a new photo and they say maybe a video call

Are they going to keep pestering me

I'm Guessing I've been accepted if I click pay

They review your order and approve by the pharmacist, I've never had a call apart from when I posted on MN I was low and they phoned me because they saw the post that I couldn't get to speak to anyone at Oushk xxx

Mum0ntherun · 28/12/2024 22:55

I’ve just ordered my first 7.5 pen from Zava as MedExpress wouldn’t price match. I’d have rather stayed with them for ease if nothing else but ££ is a big consideration. I’d have hoped they’d have offered something to keep a customer but obviously they are OK with people moving on 🤷🏻‍♀️

Same. Annoying isn't it @Mum0ntherun

No customer loyalty

Been with them Since the start in aug

After comparing iq doc and ousk

Iq is much cheaper so if gonna swap I might as well go with them

£153 v £176(ousk)

Now that I've registered with them the bmi 28 hasn't appeared in the questions. Weird

Sorry can't R.E.M. who said to go with them

But sure you said they do maintenance as well

but I will as seems a good price and what I wanted to pay so saving almost £50 from mes express

@weaseleyes it was you

Do you get discounts as well on iq

Or does it mean I need to swap again in a month
