Phew! Caught up at last.

I've read every post, so whoever you are, please know that I've seen you and heard you.

We've already had half our Christmas, with part of our family (was just fabulous!). Now we have a couple of days of quiet, then another Christmas with the other family system. That's followed by lots of dotting in and out on both families...

@lookathatbookcase that does make sense, Thinking back to people ive known to lose weight you never really see them losing, just one day its like, oh wow they have lost loads of weight. I guess there is just a point when it shows.

In regards to your DM not noticing..

My Mum is exactly the same until she made a little comment the other day and I said to her, I'm surprised you haven't noticed as I've lost 3 1/2 stone.

She said "Well I can never tell because you wear a teddy bear jacket a lot or you're led on couch".

The above isn't true. Everyone else noticed. It's just never enough for her.

Morning everyone !! Happy Xmas Eve....

Well, jab and weigh in today (a day early) i only needed 1 lb to get me to the 5st loss, but unfortunately I didn't get to that mark today; i actually gained 3lb ! I don't know how as nothing has changed this last week, bar apart from not drinking quite as much water or not doing as much exercise, but i am actually ok with it... its possibly a bit too much of a gain than what i would have wanted, but the last two weighs in have been substantial losses, so this isn't going to de-rail me (she says as next week's weigh in after xmas will be half a stone heavier !!! 😂)
Anyway, lots to do today and if i don't have the chance to come on later i am wishing every single person on this thread a joyous christmas, to the people who are on their own like myself positivity and heaps of love and to the ones who have children i hope its magical for them - I am remembering especially loved ones who are no longer with us and looking forward to 2025 and what that year brings.... We have ALL come so far on this MJ journey and we are all proud of the progress we have all individually made....

But there will be weeks when we gain but mainly we lost and that's what we have to remember
